I had a great experience with Blue River. Dusty and Glen were prompt, hardworking, and kind. I had water damage to my laminate flooring and Dusty found the name of the manufacturer on a piece of paper attached to the damaged flooring. This helped me tremendously because I didn’t think it was available any longer so it was a great find! If you need restoration services you should definitely call these folks!

Just worked with Austin Wright at my residence after a heavy rain & some interior flooding. Not only was Austin knowledgeable, he was also personable & very eager to help my family rectify our issue(s). 10/10 would recommend

I've been dealing with a water issue since before Thanksgiving. Since being in contact with Blue River (Austin & Aaron) the ball started rolling rapidly. This company had their team come out within 2 hours of making initial contact. Austin and Aaron wasted no time demonstrating their technical skills to locate any problems with the water damage from every crevice on the home. Unbelievable service!

We are located about 2 hours from Louisville. A pipe busted and flooded our kitchen and living room on a Sunday afternoon. Our insurance company called them for the water extraction. They were prompt and out that same night getting the water extracted and clearing the space. I could have chosen anyone I wanted for our remodel, but because of how the PM Jacob was so attentive and thorough with our concerns and questions we decided to use Blue River for the remodel as well. This was a very lengthy 3 month long process due to materials and a couple hiccups along the way, but the PM Jacob did a fantastic job of communicating with us every step of the way. Their workmanship is fantastic. On the last day of construction, the general manager for the Louisville office even came down and assisted in finishing up the job, because they were short handed. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. We are beyond pleased with the results, but we are glad it is over.

This company is great! They came at time! They were very kind. I want to speak about someone specific, his name is jose, so helpful and understandable person,he came to the pharmacy ;did an amazing cleaning job! 100% recommend.

Austin and Mike came out to the house to build out a plan for water damage from a water leak we had. They were both very professional, and cordial. We will be using them again in the future once we figure out what our best gameplan is for our home.
