Izzy to the rescue! Izzy came out the next day as scheduled, evaluated the situation, recommended replacing both springs. Took his advice and he had the garage door ready to go within an hour. He replaced both springs, lubed the rollers, hinges and cables. Adjusted the tension and door opens and closes perfectly. Great job Izzy and Buckbridge Doors.

Izzy was our technician and he did an amazing job! This was an unusual installation and he had a lot of extra work to do in order to install the openers correctly. He did an excellent job and we will request him again for the remaining three openers needed! Buckeridge has always been a great company and I’m happy to say that today proved they still are! We are so happy with our new garage door opener that we just got installed today by Victor. Victor was great; walked us through our options and did a fantastic installation of our new opener. It's so quiet and we're thrilled we now have sensors and our opener is so much safer and reliable.
