Jason did a great job with our inspection. He was so thorough and didn’t skimp on anything. He made sure to explain everything to us and let us know what is important and what can be taken care of down the road. He made me feel at ease about my upcoming purchase. His report was very detailed oriented with lots of pictures. It was clear to see where we had issues on the report and what was just general maintenance. Highly recommended and would use him over and over again.

Very happy with Certified and well worth the investment. Our inspection report was very thorough and thoughtful. 37 pages of detail and pictures for things to fix. Many cosmetic but also many high importance items like heat readings to uncover insulation gaps in side walls or ceilings! I would highly recommend Certified.

We are very happy with our experience hiring Certified Property Inspections of SW FL LLC. Rachel was prompt and professional in responding to all of my pre inspection questions. I needed a copy of their certification and proof of insurance to provide for our new home build and she immediately emailed me their credentials. Jason did a thorough job on the day of the inspection. We were unable to attend the inspection in person as we live in another state but he wrote everything down for us and took several pictures of everything so that we knew exactly what he was referring to. On the day of our final walkthrough, the construction manager told us that we picked the best inspection company in the area! We could not be more pleased.
