We just had Chavez Roofing put on a 2 layer torch down roof (picture 1) on our 4 building HOA condo complex. This roofing project also included our individual entry and balcony tiled overhangs (picture 2). For reference it is a 42 unit building, so pretty large. From the beginning to end, Jimmy and his full crew were completely professional, friendly and respectful. While we had some rain delays, they were very efficient and stayed on our original timeline. I was the main liaison for the community and it was a pleasure to work with the entire team. Due to our constraints on the tear offs, we had to have cars out of the garage part of the days, and when it was tough to move them by 7am, Chavez worked with us to change the hours to later. Safety was always their priority, for all involved. I also heard from other neighbors commenting on how good Chavez was.

We desperately needed help after our old skylights started leaking, and after talking to a few different companies, we chose Chavez Roofing. They were quick to schedule a free consult and take photos to validate cracks and even found former water damage- that they fixed without charging me extra. We were able to schedule and the team was punctual, professional and hard-working! I would definitely recommend using Jaime and his team!
