They sold me a motor in an opened box with an incomplete wire kit and refused to take it back, claiming "it was used." I never used it and returned it in the exact same condition. Be careful with these guys.

The parts counter here is amazing. This is the best shop in the OC for parts, they are knowledgeable, stock most everything and Jeremy is worldly & knowledgeable counter guru. They have saved me from so very many binds!

Jeremy thank you so much for all your help. He is always extremely helpful. Always goes above and beyond to help find parts. The selection of parts is wonderful. If they don’t have it they will get it the next day.

I have been here a few times in the last 6 years or so. The guys at the desk are fantastic. They might not know everything, but who does. I would rather they tell me they do not know than pretend they do and get me in a mess. They will help me look it up if possible. They are not Nordstroms, so they do not take everything back. If I open a package and it is a mess, they should not take it back. It is not different than if I bought something from them and it came in a tattered container and I had to wonder if it was new or used. I would not want that, why should anyone expect them to accept that? Overall, a great outfit I will return to and refer my friends to any chance I get.

These Guys are great! Very helpful...know there stuff over there. There manager Jeremy keeps it running good at this store.
