Tristan has been fantastic and so helpful trying to trap this smart and imaginative armadillo. This company has been willing to reset the traps or replace them when the armadillo pushes them away. And, when a possum and later a raccoon got trapped, they were prompt and came all the way to Gainesville to pick up the trap and the wild animal inside. I will be asking them to advise me on how to repair or replace my fencing to close the gaps these animals are using.

I’ve used CritterPro several times to humanely remove possums and raccoons from my yard. All the staff are very caring of the animals and the company is very customer focused. I’d highly recommend using them for animal removals
