D&D Garage Door company, really helped me to understand operation of my garage door, as well they walked me through process to get new belt under warranty from Genie Garage Door Opener company. D&D came out and adjusted tension in horizontal bar for spring to allow easy up / down manually of my door. $129 member service fee, then D&D came back $70 to install new belt later. Thank you D&D ...now I know, get annual service.

The service was scheduled in a timely manner. The two matters were resolved efficiently. An annual service was recommended so that the matter is not recurring. The repairman was extremely professional in explaining step by step the problem and the repairs that were performed. We highly recommend them!

We had D&D install 7 garage doors for our new home and separate garage. They did an outstanding job and their follow up service has been excellent.

Superb customer service, fantastic work and knowledgeable about garage concerns. We had a situation with our garage where it would not go up and down without someone lifting it up. The gentlemen was very prompt for the appointment and provided great details about why the garage was not working properly. These details definitely helped and gave us insight about the situation versus not explaining the issue for the client to understand. Happy with the work and happy with our product through this company D&D Garage Doors.

Made an appointment. Confirmed appointment twice. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. Trouble shot problem and within 2 minutes knew what it was. Replaced the part and the door works better than it ever did. I thought I was going to need everything new. Was just a part like I said. Very happy with service all around. Built my house 12 years ago. They installed the door and opener. I have had service 3 times now. I will call again if needed. GREAT JOB!!!
