I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. James did a fantastic job repairing our garage door, and he explained everything in detail. Highly recommend

If I could give them zero stars I would. Called them and they just DISPATCH your info to random garage repair companies that are untrained and not professional at all. They sent me someone who took 3 hours, overcharged me but atleast 1k, left ALL the old parts on my garage floor, put sensors on wrong, left wires and screws on the floor, and put an old keypad on. ALSO- they just used a $200 system and changed me 1k for it. Thats not even the labor cost included. Calling them back was useless bc they couldn’t even tell me the name of the company who had come out to help me. No manager on call. Please do yourself a favor and make sure you call a real company not a dispatch company. My fault for not even realizing that when I read the reviews here. Edit 1: no this is the right company and you’re the one who dispatched the ridiculous company to me. You have my info but refuse to call me back. I’ve called so many times just to have "a manager" call me back. But no one calls me back. Give me a direct contact. Not a dispatch person.
