I called this company to replace spring that snapped on my garage door. I was able to get service done quickly and person who handled replacement was thorough and cleaned area after completion and greased door as part of service. I recommend them.

He arrived promptly, completed the spring replacement in under 30 minutes, and went above and beyond—balancing the door, oiling and lubricating all moving parts, and even fine-tuning the garage door opener to match the new spring tension. Everything is working perfectly now. The technician was professional, kind, efficient, and very informative. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. Banko is our first call whenever we have a problem with our doors - and their positive timely friendly service makes us repeat customers. Our single door needed a new drive belt installed. They helped us coordinate with Liftmaster to get a free replacement belt. And once the belt arrived, they scheduled an appt for the next day. Dave arrived and made quick work - oiling and adjusting everything while he was at it. It’s that little extra TLC that makes me appreciate and trust them!

The value was great compared to other quotes received. The installation team was great and the doors worked flawlessly. Deducted 1 star because it took a 6 weeks from acceptance to install. With a couple scheduling problems on their side.

They customer service is very good and nice agent, the lady who answered my call took my request very serious and got me a technician in the next 3 hours, so I didn’t have to wait until the next day, the technician was very nice, respectful and helpful, also did the job well and fast, replaced two springs in less than a hour, I’m very pleased with the job, and the cost was great compared with other companies. Highly recommend BANKO garage door and openers to repair your garage door or opener or if you need a new opener or garage door.

Appointment was easy to make. The technician was knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue right away. He was clear about pricing. He also made several adjustments to the door and lubricated it as well.
