Damage Control LLC

I rarely ever leave favorable reviews, perhaps because I’m from New Jersey so won’t hesitate to be viciously and painfully blunt when I’m not happy. However, in this particular instance, I need to make an exception with "Damage Control." The fact is, they did an outstanding job in a particularly challenging situation. Let me explain: I have a number of bizarre and fragile pieces of art in various sizes and shapes, some of which were seen on the Rachael Ray and Jeff Foxworthy Shows, that needed to be carefully moved. As such, I contacted my insurance company and asked for their recommendation wherein they suggested "Damage Control." I figured the insurance company had far more experience than me in knowing who to hire so I followed their advice. I’m glad I listened. I’m thrilled to say that "Damage Control" treated all of my artwork and property with exceptional care, and trust me, some of it was particularly delicate. Everything was packed, moved and later unpacked, with extreme caution. The process was also very organized as they labeled each item/box so they knew what it was, and what room it was going to. Likewise, their entire staff (both on the telephone and in person), always addressed my concerns no matter how big or small. They literally treated my property as if it had been their own which I truly appreciated and candidly wasn’t expecting. Although I suspect there are lots of movers, I highly doubt anybody could have done this particularly difficult job with such care and professionalism as "Damage Control."

The team at Damage Control was really helpful guiding us through our insurance claim. There knowledge of working with insurance companies was so helpful. Anytime insurance gave us the run around. They stepped in to resolve the issue. Everyone we worked with from Damage Control was extremely professional, providing extra detail when requested. I felt we were in great hands and would absolutely work with them again.

Damage Control was assigned by our insurance to pack out/pack, demolition, and home repairs. We could not be happier with their excellent customer service, the various people responsible for the different tasks were exceptional in their professionalism and prompt communication. They also did quality work. We would definitely hire them again.

Although any home loss is dramatic especially from 2200 miles away Damage Control made the experience almost pleasant. The packers did an outstanding job not a piece or glass ceramics or art work was damaged. The movers moved all the furniture and boxes in and placed them all in there proper places. Ally was a Saint to work with very understanding and empathic with our situation. Ron at her sister company DC Restoration was outstanding putting the house back together better than new. My home experienced an under slab water break. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I needed extensive repairs to kitchen cabinets and flooring. Benny Montoya and his crew from DC Resortation installed new cabinets and flooring putting my home back together. Benny worked with me and my insurance company to my advantage. I'm so happy for the whole experince. I would recommend DC Restorations and Benny's crew to anyone that may experience the situation I did.

We had a great experience, we had a fire at our house and they made everything easy and simple. Everyone has been kind and helpful, everyone is very efficient and great at communicating, they set great expectations and kept to their timeline. I’m glad we have them to guide us through this event in our life!

These people at Damage Control are fantastic. From the labor packers up to Luis the on-site manager all went smoothly and quite efficiently, as well.
