The technician kept me informed about their arrival time and clearly explained each step of the repair process, ensuring I understood everything they were doing to restore my garage door to full functionality. JEI Structural Engineering was very impressed with Jordan Massey a commercial technician who came out and very quickly assessed the problem with three doors then fixed them promptly. We’ve actually had other technicians look at the problem and never fix it f from other companies. It was wonderful to see Jordan out there with all the right tools going to all the extra effort to get the doors working correctly.

We had a spring snap in the middle of the night over the Summer and I saw DH Pace had 24-hour service. They had a door technician come out in less than an hour and had it fixed in about 30 mins. I was sweating the bill but was completely reasonable for a "name brand" company. Blown away 10/10

One of their employees collided (rear-end) our company van in August 2024. They're refusing to repair our vehicle by delay tactics. Their Liberty mutual commercial insurance is horrible.

Had a discussion with an account manager to get a quote on their services. She was very kind and lovely to speak with. Immediately was told that the manager herself personally provided security for established business premises such as Walmart, Google, Tesla, the Pentagon etc. I was very concerned that the company puts someone like her in such a risky position, but she kept assuring me that she is more than capable of protecting the good citizens and assets of her clients. I was still skeptical, so I checked the website and it says nothing about providing personal security services. I am confused. Great customer service though, introduced me to a place that provides free tacos for a week.

We recently had Chris Gustafson help us to replace our 12 year old garage doors. Chris and his staff were amazing to work with and super customer service driven. The doors look amazing and I would highly recommend DH Pace. Wonderful overall experience by far. Thank you Chris and staff

Called for commercial Emergency Door service at 7am and they told me there was $330 travel fee and that they would have a tech out at the medical facility by noon. Corporate called me back around 10:30am telling me they would not be able to send a tech until we increase the NTE from $330 to $1000 and they had not sent a tech. This was an emergency situation and have put a medical facility in a very bad situation with their broken promises.
