Nathan was absolutely amazing! We had to change our service time for hvac service because of our work schedule. Nathan arrived at a time that was convenient for us and he worked diligently. This picture was taken at 9:45pm and he was beyond kind and courteous. He was extreamly informative and took pictures and videos of everything! He kept us informed the entire time he was working. We have a yearly membership and he even gave us a pamphlet to show us what comes with our membership. At the end he reviewed everything again with us. Answered all of our questions and was so knowledgeable. He let us know what we needed and then things we could consider but didn’t have to have. Nathan was so friendly and was a pleasure to be around. Thank you so much, Nathan! We will need to schedule plumbing next, I wish we could get Nathan for all our services! 100000% recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with Jessie Hall from Dilling Plumbing during a plumbing inspection on an older home my client is purchasing. Jessie called me ahead of time with ample notice, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was incredibly thorough in his assessment. He walked me through every issue we uncovered, explained the options clearly, and made everything easy to understand - even for someone who isn’t familiar with plumbing terminology. Jessie was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Before leaving the property, he emailed me a detailed quote outlining each recommended repair with individual pricing, as well as a discounted total for completing all the work together. The transparency and level of service were truly impressive. Dilling Plumbing - and Jessie specifically - will absolutely be my go-to for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

June 20, 2025 Update: Jacob Huffman installed a new outdoor ceiling fan for me today. He also replaced a decrepit outdoor electrical outlet and installed a new outdoor outlet on my patio. He is just a joy to work with. He kept the work areas tidy and took extra care to seal the outlets to the vinyl siding. This time the ceiling fan had a separate receiver that was a bear to install and he was patient and got it done!! Thank you, Dilling and Jacob!! Jacob Huffman installed three ceiling fans and a light fixture in one of the baths. He was a joy to work with. Jacob took extra care during the installations and clean up. I appreciate his professionalism and positive demeanor. Once again, Dilling and Jacob provided stellar service!! Thank you!

2025/07/17 - Peter did a tremendous job connecting an existing line for new kitchen lights today. Installed boxes and the lights over our sink. We are very happy, please ask for him if you need work done! 2024/07/06 - (Jean) Luc was awesome. Great guy, very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, careful, efficient and clean. He added three 20 amp breakers and power lines from my garage panel to 3 outlets he put in the wall in my office (servers, switches & A/C). He explained why I needed them during his 1st visit & was flexible to schedule when I wanted them out in. Everything has been running perfectly for a week now with no breakers popping or other issues. I would recommend Dilling and specifically Luc for any electrical work you need to have done. As for pricing, they are comparable to others I've gotten quotes from in the past. They also have financing options! Have them come out & give you a quote. Ask for Luc! Edit (8/1): Luc had to come back out because the Mecklenburg county inspector had said he needed to move some insulation in the add it and add more paste to a connection going outside, which he did with a smile & positive attitude!

We had to have our hot water heater replaced along with a dripping water main shut off valve. Our technician, TJ Mickel, was outstanding. He explained everything in detail and made sure we knew what our options were. Once we decided what we were going to do, he got the ball rolling quickly. The water main shut off valve was fixed that day and he arrived the next day to replace the hot water heater. TJ pays attention to detail in everything he does and he puts a lot of care in his work. We are very happy with the service we received from him and Dilling. We will be calling Dilling in the future for any other issues we may run into and maybe we'll be lucky to have TJ again.

Russ Baker was a fantastic technician and took care of my install quickly and professionally. I would recommend him and Dilling for any and all plumbing needs ! Will be using again in the future!
