Class A professional service is provided by DocAir. We used their air sampling services among others for 2 years and are very satisfied with the results. The turn around time for testing and immediate service is out matched. I will choose and refer them often!

DocAir investigated a location for us and did a full analysis and evaluation on the location and provided a detailed report so we could determine what needed to be done and how to proceed to chose the right contractors to take care of are issues. The report made it easy to explain to contractors what needed to be done and the steps to take to complete the work in a safe and correct way. The project is complete now and DockAir's work made it a breeze. We will differently use them again.

How can you trust someone who disregards laws and regulations with constantly parking on a public sidewalk, forcing children and pedestrians to use the street where they can be hit by the traffic? I would not trust them. Edit after response from owner: He did not park at one of your customers driveway. HE LIVES THERE!

Very professional company. They really know their business. Moved into new house this past spring and our radon tested over 5.0. Since DocAir installed mitigation our radon level has stayed below 1.0. Installation only took a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

In 2020 DocAir encapsulated and installed a dehumidifier and sump pump in my home. They did a great job. In 2023 the dehumidifier stopped working, it had a 2 yr warranty so it was no longer covered. I was told one reason it needed to be replaced was the dehumidifier was too small for the space. DocAir installed a new dehumidifier in Aug 2023. We had a service call on July 8th 2025 and was told by technician the dehumidifier was not working. I was told that someone I believe Ben would be contacting me about warranties and replacement. I have contacted DocAir 3 times and I did get a call back last week but the caller had no information and I was told he would get back with me on a solution. Today is 7/28, and I have still not heard from DocAir with a solution. I would like the owner to contact me the warranty will be up August 11 2025. I feel as though you are dragging your feet until the August warranty date. I understand you are busy as the gentleman stated but you have an obligation to your work.

This review may be late, but it has taken years to fully understand the situation. We hired DocAir to solve three specific problems in our house. First and most importantly, to diagnose hot/cold rooms on the second floor and either fix them or make actionable recommendations. Second, to diagnose and fix a chronic cold spot on our kitchen floor. Third, to seal up several drafty areas. The company sold us their "house sealing" service, promising that they would solve the other problems in the process. We give them credit for being friendly and working hard. They ran around caulking sporadically and adding insulating pads to outlets. They replaced some seals...more on that later. Unfortunately, the result was not great. Their book knowledge about how houses should work did little to help with our real world problems. For the first problem, they sent one of their guys into the attic to move around the dampers. This actually made the problem worse, adding enormous air pressure to the far side of the house without improving heating and cooling during extreme outside temperatures. It wasn't until our upstairs furnace needed to be replaced that our HVAC crew gave a correct diagnosis. The existing attic ducting turned out to be very leaky, undersized, insufficiently insulated and poorly installed, with the end of the main trunk only closed off by a damper?! No wonder we couldn't get conditioned air across the house on the second floor! It needed to be ripped out and replaced. So much for DocAir's expertise. If they couldn't figure it out when they first examined the house, it would have been glaringly obvious when they went into the attic to change the dampers! Regarding the cold kitchen floor, I give DocAir high marks for tenacity. They sealed up everything on the inside of the kitchen that they could think of. It helped a little. but the problem persisted. It took some belated sleuthing on my part to solve it. The range is vented under the floor to the outside, with an automatically closing vent flap. That assembly is under a hood and hidden by a protective grille. On closer examination, some busy wasps had built an enormous nest inside the hood. The wasps were long gone, but the nest was keeping the flap open. Sigh. Did all of the random caulking solve the drafts? Some of them. Unfortunately, DocAir left our front door leaking air like an open window. When I pointed this out, they slapped some closed cell foam directly onto the edge of the door. This did nothing, except that when the foam came off from opening and shutting the door, the adhesive pulled up the finish. I ended up spending half a day of _my_ time, right after paying DocAir, to do some "hillbilly engineering" and seal the door properly. I installed a new striker plate and used different thicknesses of foam around the jamb to account for the door being slightly warped. My solution worked. Could professionals have done better? Maybe, but DocAir sure didn't. Now about those seals. DocAir replaced one of our back door seals competently, so I guess they had it in them. They left cracked and worn seals on several other doors. While checking the windows, they discovered that some were completely missing the seals. Did DocAir source the correct bulb shaped kerf seals for our Pella windows? Of course not. They put their favorite self adhesive closed cell foam onto the bottoms of the lower sashes...where the Pella design doesn't leave enough room for it to stick! At the time I foolishly believed that they had done the job right. Those windows don't get opened, so it wasn't until years later that I discovered what they'd done. By then, their stuff had started to come off, and the bare adhesive was disgusting. The Pella design actually requires two seals. Naturally, DocAir had no idea about the second missing seal between the sashes, and the foam they added was actually forcing that gap open wider. Gee, thanks. I was going to let it go, but the finds regarding the attic ducting and window seals pushed me over the edge.
