Door Dorks

Adam has come out to help us out a few times now. Every time he’s come out he’s been incredibly helpful. First it was to replace the springs on my main garage. Second time was to install a new motor. And the third time was just recently to replace the rollers on our second garage door and rebalance it. He’s given me tips on how to maintain the doors, and also has given me thoughtful insight on when to replace the other spring on our second garage door. He’s helped us program the new motor as well. 5/5 this company is great, they’re quick to respond, accurate with estimates and on time (will also give ETA on arrival as well). Thanks Adam! We are so happy with the entire experience at Door Dorks. The people we met were very nice and professional. We did check with other garage door companies and the service and pricing did not even come close. Gina Fellman was our sales person, and I can say it was wonderful to talk to a person who listens, and answered all my questions with an ( honest ) answer, we also had fun talking. The installers Alfonso and Toa were great, on time, and excellent workmanship. We had old garage doors that on a hot day hit 120-136 degrees inside making the garage miserable, the new insulated doors on one of the hottest days was 97 degrees, a big improvement, and look great. I'm not an easy person to please, I'm a retired quality control analyst, and do my own repairs from auto and home 90% of the time. Door Dorks has been one, if not the best vender I have had the pleasure to deal with. Thank You

Jason and Nathan installed our garage door today. It looks amazing, they were fast, efficient and quiet! They explained all of the features and helped me set it all up. Would highly recommend them! (Shout out to Matt who gave us the consultation and helped "fix" our door until we could get a new one replaced!)

He was so polite to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed window, then when he realized traffic was heavier than he thought, he was professional enough to send me a message of his new ETA. We had a great experience with Door Dorks, who we hired to replace our garage door. Gina was very helpful in presenting options, and I appreciated that she encouraged us to save money by keeping our existing opener since it is still in good shape. We received multiple quotes and found that Door Dorks had the most competitive price. When the new door was ready, Jason and Matt handled the installation. They arrived on time, completed the work in a few hours, and left the job site clean. We are very happy with our new garage door and would happily recommend Door Dorks to others!

After the motor went out, Jai was amazing and had someone come out within 8 days. She was very sweet and had great communication with me. Nathan was the tech who came out. Nathan explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. He gave approximate time frame and was finished well before. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall we love working with them! Thank you Nathan!

Matt did an outstanding job replacing the back-up battery in my door opener along with the aging set of springs. His professionalism, expertise and attention to detail were very much appreciated. He took great care moving things around so he could do the work and he even left the area cleaner than when he found it! From start to finish, it was a pleasure doing business with Door Dorks. (Great name, too!)
