Really nice customer service with Aya on the phone today. We were reviewing my next scheduled appointment. I started using EcoShield services two years ago and have been impressed with the effectiveness of their treatments inside and out. They even came back once to double-treat a pesky problem with chiggers in one heavily wooded section of the yard. No extra charge!

This is a review of their jerk driver. Apparently I cut him off by making a right turn (even though he was far and I sped up so he well t have to slow down) and he didn’t like it. He tailgated me the whole way on Hey 16 and to hwy 47. Then we were in traffic with a semi and a car in front of me. Apparently I didn’t merge fast enough for him into the construction lane (because there is a semi in front of me so why rush?) and he sped past me and then flipped me off. I have his license plate number because it’s very unprofessional. To top this all off after we get out of the construction zone (with this semi in front of us) he only drove like 5 miles and then turned! So he did all of that, acted like a jerk and flipped me off only to turn a few minutes later? This person represents your company. I’m sure I’m not the only person he has done this to. Maybe you you have the best service in San Antonio and Hill Country, but I’ll never know because this one guy ruined it for me. What if I had my kids in the car? What if I didn’t see him and merged into him? What he did was reckless and completely unnecessary. I felt it was because I was actually going to San Antonio and I turned ahead of him and maybe he had to tap his brakes. Instead of letting it go he had to tailgate me the whole way. The whole time his headlights were not visible. He was that close to me in my mirror. Was it because I was doing the speed limit? Was it because I was keeping distance from the car ahead of me because THERE WAS A SEMI IN FRONT OF US? That’s why I am leaving this review. He made it like it was just me and I was not moving, but there was a semi!. Even the picture I took you can see the semi in front of me and one car and then him that recklessly passed me on merging construction lane.

Eric is always polite, professional and respectful! He’s friendly while getting the job done in a timely manner! Although I’m new and only had one other person before Eric, I immediately liked how he completed his job and was "neat" with the interior spraying! I also prefer having the same person each time!

Jose David is such a warm and delightful person. I really appreciate him asking if I needed anything. He also explained thoroughly what services he was going to perform on my property. Hope he remains my service provider!

Awesome experience with Preston!!! He has serviced our household twice and he is absolutely amazing. He was super communicative throughout the whole process. First he let me know what his game plan was and even checked in midway through. After he was finished he summarized what he completed and his findings and suggestions. Not sure if you can make team member requests but if you can, Preston H. is your man! Hope to see him next time again!

I’ve been using EcoShield Pest Solutions and EcoShield Pest Solutions Austin, LLC for a while now, and I have to say their service has been outstanding. Our technician, Preston Hartsock, deserves special recognition — he’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his work. Every visit, he takes the time to explain what he’s doing, what to look out for, and makes sure all of our concerns are addressed.

Do not use this company! I was promised a bunch of services for my first treatment to address a variety of issues the by their rep who came to my door. When the tech showed up, all he wanted to do was spray in a few places. Even though I did sign a contract, I was promised a "money back guarantee ". This is a lie. When I contacted them like they said to report a large scorpion in my kitchen, they would not send anyone out to do another treatment, as promised. So I figured I would cut my loses and cancel. I’m ok with paying for the halfhearted "service" I received, even though they charge double what competitors do, but they slapped me with an early termination fee of almost $300!! I talked to multiple agents and they refuse to address my concerns or waive the fee. All they will do is offer you a discount on the next treatment. Why would I agree to pay anything more for another subpar treatment I don’t want? This company will not stand by their promises and they charge double what you can get with a competitor.
