I was really impressed with this plumbing service. Jimmy offered trenchless pipe replacement, which meant they were able to fix the issue with minimal disruption to my yard, to fix the leaking freshwater line under the driveway. His team was clearly experienced in finding the best approach, and he kept me well informed throughout the process with great communication. The crew worked neatly, left everything clean, and most importantly, completed the job the same day.

Our kitchen sink clogging was not a new problem. Over the years, I had tried everything, snakes, boiling water, pressure, but to no avail. Seems our sink had developed a cracked pipe in the wall, along with a clogged drain that I could not clear. As pressure was applied to clear the clog, the leak became worse. I had nightmares of holes cut into our remodeled kitchen. I chose Beacon Plumbing, because of the solutions proposed by Jesus and Alfredo. These two quickly helped me out, with an ingenious solution to reroute the plumbing, by-passing the cracked pipe. Jesus showed me where the plumbing ran around the sink, windows, and to the roof for venting. The fix which required no sheetrock repair or holes in walls and included the installation of a clean out. The clean out would help make sure this never happens again. Once the bypass was complete they quickly cleaned out the plugged drain using 40 feet of snake. Jesus and Alfredo worked efficiently together as a team. They took care of the house, cleaned up afterward and were courteous and professional. Thank you!

Jesus and Alfredo were here within hours on the weekend, and we're thankful for their great help! Quick in and out to cap off a gas line we wanted shut. Price was more than reasonable given how fast they got here and how fast they worked.
