My furnace stopped working during a cold snap, and OutToday Heating & Air came out within 24 hours to fix it. The technician was friendly, professional, and got everything working quickly. I really appreciated their fast, reliable service and would definitely use them again

I gave the technician five stars because he was prompt and professional in his work. He was at my door within an hour and a half after I made the appointment. He quickly located the problem and picked up the part and installed it when he returned. Everything was accomplished within a couple of hours. I was very impressed. This was the second time i used this company.

The AC quit working during a hot week and I called for HVAC help. They showed up the next morning and figured out it was a capacitor issue. Fixed it quick and now the house stays nice and cool again. They also gave some advice on keeping the unit clean so it don’t happen again. Price was decent and service was fast. The guy was polite and seemed to really know his stuff. Only thing is the time window was a little long but I understand it gets busy. I’d definitely use them again if I have more issues.

I have a tri-fuel portable generator that I wanted hooked up to my house’s electrical panel. Rodney came out and provided me with multiple options to fit our budget, including connecting an external gas line to our natural gas meter, installing a generator outlet and a Pro/Tran 2 transfer switch (which is a more straightforward and user friendly option compared to an interlock kit). Rodney and Andrew were working on the project all day and did a test run with me to ensure our generator could handle all the components and rooms we wanted fully functional during a power outage. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Technician came out and efficiently identified the issue, explained some safety risks with the prior setup, and gave us several options for moving forward. We went with replacing the old unit and he had the replacement installed ahead of schedule.
