Please stay away. I had to use them through my home warranty service. Came out twice for the same issue, of course charged a service fee both times even though they didn’t do anything the first time except put caulk down which I told them wasn’t the issue. Finally believed me the second time. Cut a hole in the ceiling and found the leak. Told me they would be back to fix and stopped answering! For months I’ve had a hole in my ceiling and it still leaks. Bad business!

The tech came to service the issues in a promptly. He came in a timely manner, returned with the necessary tools to resolve the issue in a timely manner, explained the situation & provided his contact information. He was very friendly & professional. Thank You

I had them return to my home 3 times to address my electrical issue because the service tech was lazy at best. They replaced a few electrical components with used parts they found in their van, capped off the electric to lights I regularly used, and shook a few wires on the final visit. I went 3.5 weeks with electricity in my kitchen. I have since gone through another company to have the original issue corrected since they were unable to complete service in a timely manner. Do not waste your time or money with this company!!

The company also does plumbing work! James and Garrett responded to my service request through my home warranty for shower/tub drains leaking through my ceiling downstairs. Both listened to my concerns, promptly assessed the issues and made the necessary repairs, and offered some additional plumbing advice. If I have another issue, I'll definitely be requesting them by name!

Garrett and another gentleman, promptly came out to see what the problem was after taking my call yesterday afternoon. They took the time to show me what failed, bought a new light within my price range and installed it. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced and friendly. I’d definitely use them again and will suggest their company when talking with others. Thank you!

I have used 5 Star Electric Inc. numerous times, rather its James or their crew. Everyone has always been very professional, polite and detailed in explaining everything not to mention thorough on cleaning up behind themselves upon completion of each project... I highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. Dodged calls and texts from me for 2 months before finally coming out to do half the work he said he was approved for. 2 of the light switches that were changed were clearly not new. Set his dirty power tools on our antique kitchen table. All of this done by the owner of the company. Overall severely disappointing with the quality of work. Would not recommend.
