D Best Electrical Service

We called and booked an appointment yesterday. He said he'd be at the property in 2 hours. We left a tenant waiting for 3 hours and he didn't show up. Neither did he bother calling and telling us that he wouldn't be able to go there. Next morning when I called him, he said he didn't go because he didn't want to share his W9 information with us for tax purposes. Extremely Unprofessional and we DO NOT recommend this company at all! **Edit after owner's response where he says he read our text and found that we could not pay after he finished the job. The screenshot attached shows we said no such things, and a W9 is literally for tax purposes for payments. He's not only unprofessional but it seems he's also a tax evader.**

The best electrical/plumbing company out there. He is reasonable, fair, always answers the phone, and completes high quality work. Ever job he has completed I have not had an issue with it. I am thankful to have found such an amazing company. Thank you D Best for everything and I will continue to use you for my electric/plumbing work.

D Best has done several jobs for me and my family from a new electrical box, fix wiring in the house, and plumbing work. He is extremely reasonable and does not cheat us on quality. His name definitely fits the business because he is "D Best".

Mr. Samuel was very professional, reasonable and knowledgeable. His price also goes towards the total price. We called him and he was right there. He came and restored our power which was changing the beaker in the breaker box. We had paid $175 to a so called professional who changed a outlet having nothing to do with the power loss and stated it was not the breaker. We are really grateful for Mr.Samuel and will definitely use him again. He definitely beats the others any day.

Mr. Samuel Ware saved the day! Something unprepared for went wrong when siding was being installed on our house. The power company disconnected the power temporarily as requested but when they went back out to restore power, the access point had been dropped "by someone ". We needed an electrician! Mr. Ware had recently fixed an old electrical issue in the house so my son called him. Thank goodness Mr. Ware came quickly, fixed the issue and handled having the power company restore power. My son had power and didn’t have to sleep in a motel like the previous freezing night! We’d call him back any day for electrical work done right and done promptly.

Call Mr. D to come and he said that he would come. Called later and said his truck broke down but he was still coming. He never came or answered the phone. I read another comment and he did the same thing to another lady. If he tells you his truck battery will not start that means he is not coming so find someone else. He is not 24 hours, and he is not honest.

Samuel corrected the wiring issue i had. Original price quoted i thought was too good to be true, turns out it was. I suspected he didn't realize the depth of the situation when he quoted me, so I wasn't too disappointed when the price trippled unfortunately. Considering I have some electrical wiring experience I knew I had stumbled across some prehistoric wiring that I was unfamiliar with. After trying to get an exhaust fan connected for 4 days I knew it was time for me to call the experts. Samuel is a proven expert. Will definitely recommend for any electrical needs.
