The technician Tony was very kind and helpful. He explained everything that was causing the issue and then after explained what he done to fixed the problem.

Tim was great to work with! Did not catch the name of who he was talking to but they thought outside the box focusing on the issue at hand. Problem was solved with the little time I had to focus on the clients displeasure. Adrian was great. He kept me updated and even followed up when the technician was running late with an estimated time of arrival.

I had a satisfying experience with Firmament Solutions. Any difficulties experienced during the installation process were addressed in an expeditious and professional manner. The cost for the product and services were very affordable. The knowledge of the technicians is above reproach.

This is an organization that defies the norm for customer service and performance. Firmament Solutions completely took me by surprise with the level of knowledge the service technicians have and the level of A+ customer service I was given. I was kept informed of any issues that may have been discovered, outside of what I specifically needed done to my computer hardware. Firmament solutions prevented me from purchasing a new computer, not only by restoring me back to factory performance standards, but it appears they upgraded me as well. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking and needing a sound, professional and knowledgeable IT Firm.

To be honest, they are not professional enough, not responsible for what they did, and only concerned about the payment. The person they send doesn't know any Fiber networking stuff but he is very polite and hard working. Since they didn't finish the work so I called their boss second day and saying you need to pay another payment and we will troubleshoot more. I was telling him what I conclude the network issue and who has a very bad temper asked me that do I know any networking. Funny thing is that I hired another well-trained person and fix the same issue in only 15 mins as I told them my assumption of the issue. Call me on the same day even the work is not completed and ask us about the payment, and next day call me again for the payment. I DO NOT recommend at all.

Shane was able to complete this analog 7 camera install in 2 days and all the cameras are aimed and focused as needed. We had some minor tweaks but for the most part he was spot on!!!! I wanted you to know how refreshing that is. Shane did an amazing job. thank you!!!!
