The technician was very thorough, explaining everything he was doing and any recommendations for my system. I signed up for the service contract which is very reasonably priced and gives me peace of mind that my HVAC system will always be kept in good working condition. I also had a bipolar ionizer, an air purifier, which is important to me because I have dogs.

Tyler did a great job and answered all my questions! I thought I was having a problem with my air condition system and he found the problem and fixed it and everything was great! I was very pleased with his manners and his helpfulness.

Ishine renovations came out to me early this morning. The young man was very nice, patient and informative. He assisted with an issue I’ve been having for months and told me what he would be doing prior to started as well as gave me details before during and after completing. I’d definitely recommend their services .

I called to have my unit looked at because the heat stopped working. Agreed to have a sales person join the technician to look at my unit in case the unit needs to be replaced. The sales person arrived before the technician and said my unit was an older unit and needed to be replaced. Then the technician arrived shortly after and took off the unit components cover and checked it with a meter. He agreed with the sales person, my unit needed to be replaced. It was low on Freon locked up and I needed a $11.000.00 unit. Well that is a hard pill to swallow so I had a licensed HVAC technician come for a second look. This license technician put his gauges on the unit and found that yes my unit is old but working in perfect condition. Nothing was wrong with my old unit, the problem was my thermostat on the wall in my house ( remind you the AAA technician never entered my house to look at anything ) was bad. The new thermostat was installed and I have not experienced another problem with my unit. The Owner of AAA called me and let’s say the conversation did not go the way either of us wanted it to go. Unless I produce a invoice from the licensed technician that I used, I will not get back the refund that I was already told I would receive. It is ok if I do not get the $71.07 back that was charged for not fixing my unit and trying to sell me a $11.000.00 unit. This is not the last place I will be telling my experience, and warning consumers of this company.

AAA gave exceptional customer service while installing a brand new HVAC system in our home. All workers were kind and double checked with us about everything, including where we wanted our vents in the floor to be. They started around 930 am and finished around 5pm. Cleaned up their messes and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Definitely recommend AAA heating and air!

I have nothing but positive reviews for this visit from a contractor that came for my problem. The gentleman called and let me know what time he was arriving. When he got here he was personable and professional. I had no hot water and he fixed the problem very efficiently. I highly recommend his services for all.
