I want to give a HUGE praise and thank you to Dennis and James for coming out yesterday evening to assist me with getting my meter box back together so I can have power on my home again. My box got detached from the side of my home with a huge thunderstorm/wind we had on Wednesday night of this week causing a tree to fall and snap the power line and ripped the box from the side of the house. They came out same day and were very kind, professional, and understanding. They took their time and made sure the job was done correctly. I'm a new homeowner and this was VERY unexpected for me so I'm thankful for Percival Company LLC to be able and willing to come get this done ASAP for me. I highly recommend this company for ALL of your electrical needs. You won't be disappointed at all. Here is proof of the before and after of the amazing work.

I wanted to share my appreciation for Dennis. He was the only one to answer a call over the Memorial Day weekend when we had a tree fall on my lines, detaching my power box from the wall. He arrived at my house within two hours and had everything fixed and up and running in a totally professional manner. I would highly recommend him for any future issues. Dennis is my go-to guy.

Real shady business practices. I asked for a quote to get power in my shed in my back yard. He inflated the price of the items in the quote and added items I didn't need to inflate the overall amount of the quote. For example, $539 for wire but shed is already wired. He also included $493 for 5 lights. Who puts 5 lights in a 10x20 shed. A simple Google search let me know everything was overpriced in the estimate. He knew the shed was already wired with lights and outlets but still used this to inflate the estimate. When I asked how long it would take he said two days with four guys working. I don't know what the other three guys would be doing for two days. Four guys could wire a whole house in two days. I found a company to do it in less than four hours for half the price with one person installing it. Shop around because this guy is scamming. He can't lie because I have the quote and the emails.

They charged me $180 just to come out and assess 1 plug for my washer. This was after being a no call, no show the day before for an appointment that was scheduled with them the day before. I was truly disappointed in how these companies are pricing such high assessments fees in this economy. It took them 20 minutes to do nothing more than look at this one plug. Josh was the technician & Dennis is the individual that quoted the amount. It was a so called service fee that did NOT need to cost that much for doing nothing.

I am so excited. I had an outlet behind my dryer that looked like it was a time capsule from the 1960s, Lee came in knocked it out. He got rid of the outlet and its source from the panel box. Now I don't have to worry about it, being accidentally touched or coming in contact with water or anything. Great job, thank you so much, guys.

Professional and friendly. Reasonably priced. Will recommend to friends and family. He made it out the day we called, which we grateful for, didn't take long to give us a quote then had it fixed within the hour.
