Punch List Pros

Our Deck was old, I mean really old! We had punch list pros come out and take a look and after some discussion decided to replace the entire deck surface as well as extend the deck out as my wife wanted a bigger deck. The price was good, the work was great and they did the work as promised, on schedule. I highly recommend this company.

I had several carpentry projects and I was so glad Punchlist Pros sent CJ, who clearly had a lot of carpentry experience. His work was great and now my off kilter door closes, rotted wood door frame is fixed and rotted wood mullion has been replaced. Everything was cleaned up neatly too! Brittney in the office was really responsive about questions and scheduling. The service is worth every penny!

Really easy to work with. They came out and looked at all of our needs inside and outside the house, provided a detailed, helpful quote, and we scheduled service. Their work was done this past week and surpassed expectations. We can't wait to hire them again.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work I received. Despite paying a fair amount, the results fell short of my expectations. Three contractors were sent to the job site. One arrived with flu-like symptoms, and although I politely asked him to wear a mask, he chose not to and subsequently left. The second contractor lacked the necessary experience and skills for the assigned tasks, which raises concerns about how someone without experience was sent to this job. The third contractor had more skills, but even he was limited, and the overall quality of work was not satisfactory. They were hired to patch drywall in three ceiling areas, replace the floor and re-tile due to water damage, and install LVP flooring in the laundry room. I was so dissatisfied with their service that I chose not to have them complete the laundry floor. It took three separate visits to address the tasks, and I have attached pictures for your reference. Furthermore, they did not clean up thoroughly after themselves. My bathroom counters were left covered in debris, and although the contractor mentioned he would clean up once finished, I believe that cleaning should occur at the end of each day, especially since we are still living in the home. Additional issues include: - A clearly visible seam in the work. - Debris left inside the floor after the repair work. - A patchy ceiling job. - Only a section of the bathroom floor was re-tiled, and the existing tile is not flush with the re-tiled area. I am pleased with the job that was done. I had a small fence repair that was needed. Tim did an excellent job of ensuring the fence was secured. The turn around time for the job was great as well. They initially stated that it may take 3 weeks but the job was completed in a few days after I made my deposit.

Anthony did several repairs on our house today. Put in new fans, put up new door frames and new doors. He was very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend him.

They were great to work with. These guys came and did all the items on my honey do list before we moved. We needed to replace a light fixture over kitchen sink which we had not purchased. They completed everything on the list, then drove to the store purchased the fixture and came back and installed it. They didn’t charge me for two visits only one visit and the fixture. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!!!
