Living in North Carolina, trying to find a good quality Electrical Company to replace the electrical panel in my son's newly acquired home. I thought would be about impossible. Quality Electric was highly recommended in Yelp reviews. So were several more companies. Quality Electric stood out more the others. Charlie was prompt, thorough, and customer friendly. He took his time and looked the whole project over and gave me a very fair estimate to do the work. He even was able to get us on the schedule when we would be back in town. Brandon and TJ showed up right on time. Those 2 employees are a great asset to Quality Electric. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. They explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. They finished up and completed the job right on time. They cleaned up behind themselves and left the areas cleaner than it was before they started. You could not ask for 2 nicer people who did the work. Charlie, Brandon, and TJ really represent Quality Electric the right way in all aspects. I hope Quality realizes how good they really are. Great service - they live up to their name. They installed 3 new light fixtures for us and ran all the wiring to them, transitioning the switches from outlets to the fixtures. Caleb and David were super friendly, professional and quick. The price was also very reasonable.

We had a great experience with Franklin from Quality Electric! He came to our home to replace a chandelier, repair a broken dimmer switch, and address a potentially dangerous issue with an outlet in our basement. Franklin was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we felt confident that the issues were resolved safely. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of his service. I hired Quality Electric to install a ceiling fan and a ceiling light in two of my bedrooms. The electricians were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. After a mix up regarding the cost of the job when the electricians told me a higher price than I was originally quoted, the company stood by the lower price and later refunded me the difference. I would definitely consider Quality Electric if you are searching for an electrician in Central Ohio.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Two weeks ago, my electrical outlet started to burn. I had to call the fire department and it knocked out the outlet in my bedroom and in my living room and one in my dining room. My landlord called Quality Electric and it came out and surveyed everything and gave my landlord a quote. Took him a minute to respond but today Austin and Alex did a phenomenal job. They prepared the damage and they gave me three dedicated outlets for my window AC in my bedroom and living room. They even gave a dedicated out for my computer equipment. They explained everything of what they were doing. I would recommend anyone to them.
