I had the majority of my outlets randomly go out in my house. Pure panic set in to try and find an electrician ASAP. Discount Electric fit me in same day. Real life savers!!! Chris was able to figure out that a wire was burned out on the AEP side causing my problem. He took the time to call AEP and made sure that they were set to come out before he left my house. Incredible service! I would highly recommend for sure. Definitely has my future business!

We left a message and Mike promptly returned our call within 30 minutes! Great first impression! Chris texted first and then came out and did a beautiful job of installing a new dining room fixture and upgrading 3 old flourenscent fixtures to allow LED bulbs and wow….tons more light! Very professional and worked quickly but he is obviously knowledgeable and experienced. Price was reasonable and would highly recommend!

My interior garage light would not come on. Tony Buentello found the issue right away, replaced the box to get my light working. He was kind and professional! I highly recommend Discount Electric for your electrical needs

I called them to get a wine fridge put in and they were very prompt! We are extremely happy with the work Chris did--he was very knowledgeable and informative. We will definitely be calling them back to help with all of our electrical needs. We highly recommend using them.

Tony did such an amazing job! I’ve had 2 different companies come and look at our problem and no true resolution was found, they put a bandaid on the issue and told us it was fixed. Tony at Discount Electric in Corpus Christi went above and beyond, finding the root of the issue and actually fixed the plugs that were not working. He kept me updated with his timeframe and the price was absolutely reasonable!! Mike, thank you for putting us on your schedule so quickly and thank you for sending Tony, he is a very skilled technician and I’m so grateful for you both!

We researched company reviews and called Discount Electric to switch out some broken outlets and install some security lights. Tony came out as scheduled on time and was very professional and did a great job. We also added some new outdoor outlets and his work is great. We highly recommend them and will be calling on them for all of our future work.

I called around to get some quotes on getting an input for my generator to my house. These guys immediately got back to me and was able to give me an estimate with just the pictures of my electrical box. One of the only other guys who even called me back wanted an appointment for the estimate and that was 2 weeks out. The only other guy to contact me was cheaper but tried to talk me into doing it without an interlock which is against code and dangerous. Discount electric was able to work around my schedule to make the appointment for the install and arrived right on time. They ended up having to do a lot more than they estimated because they had to move a lot of things around because my box is old but stuck to the price they promised. They definitely have a new loyal customer for anything electric.
