Service Professor

Cordney is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the job before he started. He is very cautious about keeping the area clean. We just got brand new carpet in the basement and not one single mess was left after the job was done. So happy with my experience with Service Professors will definitely call them back out for any future work. Also their pricing is unbeatable for the job that was done. Thank you Cordney and Service Professors.

Hired them because I thought they were professionals. However, clearly not. I received a quote for a job to line a section of my sewer pipe. First, they quoted me above 15,000, which sounded absolutely absurd, and clearly was because they ended up agreeing to around 10,000. THEY SHAVED of 1/3 of the price. But it gets way worse. I CONTINUALLY asked them if they were certain they could do the job before removing the flooring. They assured me they could, but it turns out they couldn't because they mistook the gap space between my two pipes as an anomoly when it was a connection section to a 3rd drain outlet. They then TRIED TO CHARGE me over 4,000 dollars for prepping the job they could no longer do. I told them hell no because that was not what was agreed upon in the contract and had to demand my down payment back. They then left my floor in ruins and even broke pieces of the floor when removing it. I clearly was wrong about them being professional at all

Wonderful service from Nathan and staff at Service Professor!! Our furnace stopped last night, Friday, and we were told we couldn’t get anyone out until Monday. The wonderful staff at Service Professor kept trying and by 3:30pm on Saturday, Nathan had our furnace back up and running for us!! We are very thankful and appreciate you taking care of us!! Please see my write up. Nate Farrell and John McKay are an outstanding plumbing technician and consultant for Service Professor. I’ll tell all my friends about Service Professor because of their thorough assessments and suggestions. They weren’t pushy at all. Instead, they were kind and friendly and super knowledgeable about plumbing. Trying to find a place in our downstairs to install a bathroom has been difficult. But they had an idea that will work. My husband and I highly recommend them. We would rate both of them a "10." They went the extra mile explaining everything to us. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Service Professor for these awesome men you assigned us.

Do not use Service Professor unless you want to have endless issues and pay more for the services. The only positive thing was that they came right away when our A/C unit died during a heatwave. We are the suckers who chose to go with them. They didn't install the A/C unit correctly, missed a screw and it rattled. The condenser hose was slashed during installation. When they came back to fix it, they spliced the hose together, pulling it tight, causing a section of the hose to come apart in the ceiling. This taped together hose was found only after it leaked all over and was there before we purchased the house. When I am buying a new A/C AND furnace, I expect that everything will be replaced. We also chose to get both replaced so we would be able to get higher energy efficiency units and qualify for a rebate through our utility providers. Turns out they lied about that, our equipment doesn't qualify because it doesn't have the right rating.
