I’m very happy with my choice of having my car towed to One Stop Automotive to have my battery terminal replaced. The car battery terminal was replaced and completed the same day. The price was very reasonable and I had no way to pick up my car. I offered to pay for them to deliver my car or to give me a ride. They picked me up at my home and took me to where my car was. They wouldn’t take anything to take me to my car. I am so grateful to Adrian and everyone at One Stop Automotive for making sure that I now have a car that runs well! Wonderful kind people are hard to find but these people are great to do business with! My go-to shop for all repairs.

Best auto shop in town! I needed my windshield replaced, new tires, an oil change, and my check engine light was one. Adrian helped me take care of everything, accommodated my schedule, and talked through everything they were doing for my vehicle! Will totally come back for anything else my car needs and cannot recommend them enough!!

Very very bad experience. Came in for a CV axle replacement and an alignment. Left with a broken sensor (which they compensated me for) and a messed up transmission that was low on transmission fluid because they forgot to add more after replacing CV axle. Had to go to several other mechanics to figure out what was wrong and finally figured it out. The sensor needed calibration after being replaced and my transmission needed to be topped off. I understand mistakes happen but not taking accountability and treating me like it’s my fault is absolutely wild! Took to another shop down the street and was able to get it working like I had it before. Would not recommend this place as they lack experience and accountability.

Came in for a brake job and it was done quickly. The whole process was explained thoroughly and honestly. They also performed a complimentary vehicle health inspection at no extra charge. Great service

Changed my clutch assembly 2/2021. So far no leaking. Juan is the owner, chill guy. Roberto is the mechanic. This guy does a fantastic job especially for changing the clutch assembly (1 hr or so). $55 labor and whatever the OEM part cost $86. Juan ordered the part I just pay upfront. Oil change, no appointment, first come first serve. $20 labor using my oil & oil filter. They offer other services. I recommended as a go-to auto shop. Hope you two get more businesses this year.

One of the most genuine, honest and transparent body shops I've ever been to! I can tell that doing their best work and ensuring that the customer is well informed about their vehicle and it's needs is a top priority for them! I loved the prices, the service and really appreciated the fact that everything done to my car was well explained to me before and again after repairs. I left completely satisfied knowing that my vehicle had gotten the maintenance it needed. I HIGHLY recommend! 🙂
