I stopped by Kwik Kar on MacArthur in Irving for my state inspection and had one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had at an auto service center. From start to finish the process was super fast, efficient, and professional. I was in and out much quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. What really stood out was the customer service from Justin and Justine. Both of them were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was clear and handled correctly. It’s rare these days to find people who not only get the job done quickly but also treat you with respect and kindness. Their positive attitude made the experience even better. The shop itself was clean, organized, and well-run. You can tell the team here values both their work and their customers. I left feeling confident in the service I received and will definitely be coming back for future inspections and oil changes. If you’re in Irving and need a quick inspection or auto service, I highly recommend this Kwik Kar location. Caleb and Michael were amazing and so friendly. Brought my car in for general inspection as I’m about to move states and wanted to make sure it was in good condition for a long road trip. They gave me detailed explanations of what was needed for my car and were very fast getting to my service(I did get there first thing right as they opened which I suggest to do any car service place so you aren’t facing a long wait). I came here after a friend recommended it and the amazing reviews do not lie, bummer I’m moving because this shop is wonderful and trustworthy.

Easiest and most efficient experience ever. I walked in, filled out a form that took maybe a minute, showed them my insurance, and then went inside. As a high schooler, I had never done this before but everyone was super kind and understanding. Vehicle was ready in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Highly recommend.
