The guys at this shop are great! They told me what needed to be done immediately and what needed to be done but could wait. Due to budget limits we are getting all the work done in phases and the guys are great about guiding us through the priorities. I love the automated accept or decline work process and the price they quote is the price we pay. They even allowed me to schedule the work we needed and drove me to work so I would not have to rent a car or ride share.

It was very easy to make an appointment online. They had actually read my notes and had someone scheduled for my inspection as soon as i got there. Besides my identified issues, they perform a complete inspection of my vehicle and found a half dozen items they felt needed attention. They even contacted my extended warranty company to make sure all the repairs were covered under my warranty before calling me. They were able to give me a complete breakdown of the work and my out-of-pocket cost. Luckily all the items were covered by my extended warranty and my total out-of-pocket was only $100. Thank you Endurance. The staff is very friendly and efficient. My mechanic was very professional and demonstrated his desire to do the best job for me. They will certainly be my go to shop going forward.

He came back with a fair explanation and even offered a small discount to ease the frustration. I really appreciated his willingness to figure out the problem and offer a solution rather than avoiding it. I also valued that his price was fixed and not inflated based on what competitors might charge. He told me that the price is the price because they value integrity and good work, and that made me feel confident I was being treated fairly. Overall, I walked away feeling cared for, respected, and reassured that this shop truly stands behind their values. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and quality service.

Was met with a smile and friendly hello when I walked in, everyone seemed very attentive and knowledgeable when asking random questions. They had my vehicle ready to go in a shorter amount of time than I expected. Their communication is what really stood out for me. Definitely 5 stars in my book, and would recommend to anyone.

I really appreciated their excellent service! The vehicle inspection was quick and efficient — I was in and out in about 20 to 30 minutes. The staff were courteous and very helpful. I’ll definitely be returning to them for future repairs!

We are from out of state and were involved in an accident on the interstate. I wanted to make sure our vehicle was safe to drive home. Christian Brothers came up in a Google search and had good reviews. I called and they got me in right away. Everyone was SO polite and respectful. I felt valued and important even though I wasn't scheduled for an expensive service. They explained their findings to me and sent me a report by email so I could show a mechanic back home. After all that, they didn't charge me ANYTHING! They just wished me well and brought my car right up to the door.
