I called this morning and they got someone right out to fix the issue. They even had the part we needed in stock and were able to come back out and get us all taken care of. The 2 gentlemen who came out where very knowledgeable and friendly.

Quick and professional. Very friendly and the fee was half the cost of the other two amounts I was told it would cost by other companies. Will use them again when needed. Awesome job guys. Thanks

I had problems with my Rheem Unit which was only 6 years old since day one of installation. I basically bought a lemon. Edwards had been doing the repairs on the unit but it just wasn’t holding up. So I finally decided enough was enough. I asked the manager I think his name was terry very nice and he gave me his honest opinion and quotes. So I went with a new unit. It’s a trane they took about 3 1/2 hours to take out the old and install the new and I couldn’t be more pleased. It sooo quiet I don’t even hear it. I love it. Thank you Edwards.

Quick response, two man team. Two toilets replaced in about an hour. Sink pending, needs new fixture. Great work, I’m not good with names John was one of the men. Good communication and great service. Good work is not free, however. It’s well worth the money.

Excellent service! Technician called to tell when he would arrive and he was ON Time as always. Great group -the heating and cooling staff are always on time, professional, explain what they’re doing and why. They stress to call if problems-which I’ve had Zero! They arrived early, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed perfectly before they left. Highly recommend this company!

I came here based on a personal recommendation and was initially really happy with how responsive and communicative they were. Things seemed off to a great start, but after a few parts had to be ordered, I was pretty surprised by the final bill. The invoice only showed a single line item with no breakdown of parts or labor, which made it hard to understand what I was actually paying for. I really expected more transparency, especially after such good communication early on.
