Excellent in every way. We initially called Hiller for an AC problem and got a tech scheduled right away. Then I realized the issue was actually electrical, not the AC unit, so I called Hiller to request an electrician instead. Rescheduling was a piece of cake. The customer service reps, available by phone or text, are polite and effective. They even called back to offer us earlier availability so we could get our AC on faster. The electrician, Mike, arrived on time and fully prepared. He replaced a fried breaker box that was preventing our AC from getting power. The initial fix was absolutely necessary, but it didn’t solve the problem right away. Mike kept hunting to find the problem, and he fixed it. He also reviewed our entire breaker box and explained that our outdated system poses some safety issues that we should address. We’re going to address that project next week. The price for Mike’s service was under $400, which is totally reasonable. My house is cool, and my wife and kids are happy. We’re glad we called the Happy Face Truck.

Upstairs R22 AC unit lost gas , need reliable AC so decided to replace the system, job was done in around 5hrs and system works great… Went with a Honeywell Redlink thermostat as system is 2stage heat / cooling .. Hiller team were polite efficient and got the job done …

I’ve used Hiller a couple of times and this last time we ran in to some issues with my water heater installation. Skipping all the details between A and B, Hiller lived up to their promise and made it all right, more than right, and I hope I can use them again next time.

Hiller Plumbing installed a gas water heater for me today. I can not speak highly enough of the Team sent - Andrew and Thomas whose workmanship was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. They were very knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. I am confident they would do a great job no matter what the repair will take. Excellent service across the board. I signed up with Hiller Maintenance this week for Heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical. I had another company I went with last year because I wanted a Halo purification UV light installed but this year they charged over $800. I got refunded and was Leary to get my service and new unit with them so Hiller it was. The guy who installed my toilet I can’t remember his name but Benjamin Guess is my plumber. He always makes sure everything is done accurately and appropriately. He instructs his trainees without being overbearing but making sure they learn the trade appropriately. Alex McElheiney was my electrician and he had to take out several light switches that haven’t worked right due to storms and rewired and replaced them along with my outdoor fuse box that somehow got corroded inside. Jeff Reynolds was the project manager for my new HVAC unit. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He saw that I was leery due to my treatment and feeling robbed by the other company. He answered all my questions conferred w/an uncle and brother via phone explained the type of system I needed thoroughly and gave me a quote for the Ruud and an Amana. Needless to say even though I had a quote for a unit with the other company even though the Amana was slightly higher it was h the principle. Hiller didn’t have to sell me but after no pressure and giving me time to research the two units and more questions I got the Amana installed. Sorry couldn’t take photos of the unit outside but the new unit inside was installed by Jose Zubieta and Nathan Horton and Jeff made sure they knew my situation and they walked n through the whole unit and ensured I understood how to work everything I can control. The level of professionalism and craftsmanship these two younger latter guys had was highly impressionable. The Amana came with this water probe where you can place it anywhere you think water may leak and it notifies Hiller immediately then the new thermostat I can also control from my phone. I’m telling you Hiller was beyond my expectations and all the worker’s I dealt with through this process were highly professional. They hauled that beat up unit away. I do highly recommend.

I recently scheduled a service call and left feeling uncomfortable with the recommendations I received. The technician strongly encouraged a very expensive upgrade, but the explanation didn’t feel clear or transparent to me. Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to another highly rated company. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly without replacing the entire unit. When I shared my initial experience with that owner, he mentioned he had heard similar feedback before. Overall, I appreciated the honest approach from the second company much more.
