Thought I had a wiring issue with a switch and needed to get it checked as I had a project I wanted completed. Didn’t start looking until the end of the day and found Phase 3. Inquired and thought they’d get back to me the next day, since it was fifteen minutes to closing. They said they had someone available now and I agreed. Yahsh showed up and went to work. He found there was no shortage. I wanted to get a security system installed and asked what the additional cost would be. He told me that if I get the work done, they waive the $75 service charge. We agreed on a price and he went to work. The placement of the device was behind bushes and this did not deter him. I needed extra parts that he had available, leaving no wires exposed. I’ve had people perform other jobs and had to settle for whatever they did that wasn’t right but livable, as I really didn’t want to complain. After the installation, he helped me set up the device on my phone and then adjusted the camera to be able to see the entire front. Talking about going the extra mile. He provided truly exceptional customer service. I will be using Phase 3 again and recommending to everyone.
