Update: Have called on them 6 times over 9 years for various projects. Most recently had breaker box panel replaced. Followed ARC process and permit process. Also had dining light replaced and office light. Previously had two ballasts replaced, three electrical outlets replaced, and one light switch replaced. All done in two hours for a reasonable price. Good quality work and kind. They have updated most of my light fixtures and electrical outlets. Reliable and trustworthy. Fair prices for quality work.

Unfortunately had to deal with the drama of this incompetent company! Hired to replace the Panels in my old house. And change out a few outlets that weren’t working. They did a fairly quick job and knocked out the panel install fast and worked with me in my weekend schedule. Once the panel was installed things went downhill. They never threw away all their trash! They didn’t confirm any of the labels for the new panel and many are wrong. I asked installers this and they said they’ll confirm all. And still have not replaced the outlets as requested. Then at payment time. They added a $800 weekend emergency fee. Umm at least tell the customer that from the beginning. Well. I paid them 50% at start. I paid them another 40% when panel install was complete. I owe them 10% still because the outlets weren’t completed and trash was all left there. So far… they picked up the trash. Haven’t done the outlets and are harassing the hell out of me. Too much headache Pictured below is the outlet I’ve been waiting weeks for them to finish.. Unsafe! And instead of admitting they forgot… They have Pablo call me to schedule completion and and hour after come and cut the power cables… Shady Shady Dirty Company!

I have use Maxwell Electric a couple times, They are fast reasonable price also do Great wok. If you need it done right call Maxwell Electric, you will be glad you did.

On Behalf of John Auer (Who doesn't have Google account) I have used Maxwell Electric for several years now for my repairs, new service, and diagnoses on two homes. I receive immediate service and call backs, and dealing with Kate is a pleasure as she is accurate and always follows up to ensure we have updates and the appointments are on time. The technicians are polite, experts, and quickly complete all tasks including clean up. The prices are very reasonable considering the complexity of some of the diagnoses required. I have used Maxwell on the two homes I have owned and the installation and replacements, as well as additional circuits and repairs are clean, safe and they take the time to explain the problem and how they addressed it. Technicians always arrive on time, communicate well, and get right to work. They honor warranties on parts installed (they replaced a defective smoke detector three months after install when it failed for no charge and came right away!) I will continue to use Maxwell because I am completely satisfied with the customer experience in work, and in dealing with Kate, Francisco, and all the electricians and techs. Great service, reliable, and very efficient!

Maxwell Electric just took care of powering up my entire shop that I moved. I needed very special power outlets and heavy power to run my equipment. Francisco came to our old location to see what was there, then went to our new location to see where we want the new equipment located. His crew was super fast, super efficient and super clean. We had a few issues with different types of plugs needed, but that was our fault not specifying the correct plugs, because we didn't know there was a difference! I would highly recommend hiring Maxwell Electric for all your electrical needs. If they could wire up my shop, I have every confidence that they could do both commercial businesses and residential needs too.

We used Al Siefert for a house generator installation, they were fantastic to work with and responded in a timely manner and completed the project at the cost quoted. Francisco and Kitty were great to work with and very professional!!
