TMP Electric - Electricians Residential & Commercial

FRAUD PLEASE READ !!!! They’re now claiming that none of these events ever happened why do I have text messages proof of them texting me there address and they say they have audio and video recordings. If that’s true, then why not share them? If you have nothing to hide, proving your innocence should be easy I posted my proof on there reviews What I also find telling is that they still haven’t denied lying to me that they was interested in my services pretended to be something else entirely just to get me into the office so they could lecture me about my completely honest review. The way I was treated was unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely unacceptable. Our review is not about electrical work or a transaction - it is about the behavior and conduct we personally experienced, which is fully valid under Google's review guidelines. Attempts to intimidate, misrepresent, or coerce reviewers are exactly the kinds of actions Google policies are designed to prevent. We stand by our review as truthful and factual. Any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterization of events.

TMP sent two great professional guys who worked hard, did so much exceptional quality high level work. They even cleaned up above and beyond. Daniel and Dylan are the kind of people we always dream of getting when you hire a company. Great work TMP!! Thank you.

Edit : Terrible customer service Terry raised his voice at me and was very upset because I called to offer my services to them and then called me into office pretending to want my services made me drive all the way to Oakland park to try and pay me to remove or change my review very big scammers and liars!!! If this is how they treat other small businesses I would not recommend using them for electrical work I recorded everything on my phone for proof

Daniel was my service technician, I was very pleased with the work and service provided. Daniel was on time, courteous and professional, knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and very attractive to details concerning wires he saw that were incorrectly installed outside that should not have been used by a previous electrician. Daniel answered all my questions patiently and even took the time out to explain the wiring of the circuit breaker and new replacement work that had to be redone by a previous electrician. I'm happy and satisfied with the work that was professionally completed and the esthetic of the work. I also want to say I was pleased with the technician Todd who came to give the estimate of the work that needed to be done. He was also on time and professional and explained what also needed to be done without all the fluff and smoke. I was confident and comfortable to let TMP Electric to move forward to schedule and do the work. I recommend using TMP ELECTRIC!!

Needed a wall charger installed for my EV. Todd and his team were courteous and professional. They completed the job in a timley manor and at a fair price. Thanks again for a job well done!

Daniel and Dylan did a great job in removing a large chandelier and installing its replacement chandelier. They were on time, efficient, polite and professional. Outstanding job.

I used TMP Electric to update our panel and check the wiring to our hot water heater and stove top. The team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Todd stopped by to talk, check on the work and provided extra service to install smoke detectors in the code required places because they were needed. Terry and Andrea answered my questions and provided all the required insurance/certifications very quickly. It was a permitted job and it went smoothly. I highly recommend TMP and would definitely use them again for any other work.
