I had such a great experience with this company. From the first call to the technician showing up, everything was smooth and easy. They were professional, on time, and actually explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The tech was super respectful of my home, worked quickly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Honestly, it’s a relief to find a company that doesn’t give you the runaround and just gets the job done right. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever need service in the future.

I gave this place one star because it would not allow me to give it zero stars. I called around 5:50pm. My ac was out due to a clogged drain line. They assured me someone would call shortly. No one called. After almost an hour I called again. They said someone would be out around 9:30pm. At 10pm I got a text saying no one was coming. Sleeping in a hot house in July in Florida with kids is just awful. If they had told me they didn’t have anyone to fix my ac I would have called someone else. Will obviously never call again.

AC installation took less time than I thought. The old unit was hauled away, and the new system was cooling the house by evening. It’s efficient, quiet, and I noticed the first month’s electric bill was actually lower.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Extremely disappointed with the service from this company. I called ahead and confirmed that they would accept ACH payment for my mother’s AC repair, which they agreed to. Not only did the technician show up over an hour late with no update, but after going back and forth about payment again, they said the technician would call me to finalize things. That call never came. Instead, the technician left the property without informing either me or my mother—no update, no resolution, and no respect for our time. Completely unprofessional. We were left right where we started: with no AC in the middle of a Florida summer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I upgraded to a smart thermostat. The tech handled installation and even helped me set up the app. Now I can control the temperature from anywhere — super convenient.

Replacing our old furnace with a heating system installation made the biggest difference this winter. The house warms up fast, runs quietly, and doesn’t burn through gas like before. Even the basement feels comfortable now.

I was stuck without AC right when I was hosting guests, and I thought I was doomed Emergency AC showed up quickly, identified the issue immediately, and within less than an hour everything was working perfectly. Professional, fast, and incredibly courteous service that’s hard to find these days.
