We’ve lived in this house for 6 years. The AC unit is 18 years old and finally gave up the ghost…and less than 48 hours later we have a new AC unit and a cool comfortable house thanks to Frank Gay and technician Louis Rodriguez! We called Frank Gay and even though it wasn’t an emergency they gave us a same-day appointment. The technician who came out quickly evaluated our unit (it was pretty obvious that it needed to be replaced) and gave us an estimate, answered all of our questions, was super thorough, and was polite and personable. He took lots of pictures to share with the installation team so there’d be no confusion and no running off mid-repair to find the right parts. And he gave us all the information needed to have a smooth installation the next day. The installation team (Louis and his associate) arrived the next morning and worked very hard nearly non-stop in the blazing July heat for 4.5 hours to complete our install. Louis answered every question that I had and was happy to let me observe and photograph his progress. When they were finished I was amazed at how nice the new unit looked, not only because it was new but because the two technicians were meticulous and did an awesome job cleaning up after their work. By the time they were finished the house was 85F, and just 3 hours later it was down to 76F! The new AC is working perfectly. We are SO grateful for the stellar job that these guys did, and very happy with the responsiveness, skill, and professionalism demonstrated by Frank Gay and their employees. Absolutely recommend Frank Gay for AC installation (and probably all of the other services that they offer too!) A few final tips: - Leave a clear area around your unit for the techs to be able to work BEFORE they arrive. - Make sure you tell the techs what thermostat you’re using if it isn’t the one that came with your AC (for example we use a Nest) - Consider being a good host and have some cold drinks and snacks ready for your techs, these guys work hard and could use hydration and a boost! - Yes, these services are expensive, but *you get what you pay for.* The quality of service + materials was WELL worth it.

I had such a wonderful experience with Frank Gay Services, and I can’t say enough about my technician, Brad Davidson. He repaired and replaced my kitchen sink, installed a brand-new faucet, and put in a new garbage disposal. On top of that, he also replaced the toilet in my guest bathroom. Brad was incredibly knowledgeable and professional—he truly knew everything and explained things clearly. He was also so friendly and personable that we really enjoyed having him in our home. He worked non-stop from start to finish, making sure every single detail was taken care of. Brad went above and beyond to meet all of our needs, and it’s rare these days to find someone with his level of dedication and expertise. I will absolutely be calling him again, as I already have more work I’d like him to do. Highly recommend Frank Gay Services and especially Brad Davidson—you’ll be in the best hands!

Thoroughly disappointed!!! On Feb 8th I called Frank Gay to my residence to fix my toilet and electrical. The electrical was done with no problem. The toilet could not be fixed and had to replaced. I purchased the toilet myself and Frank Gay technician installed it. Fast forward to present day, I noticed that there toilet is moving. I call frank gay on Friday 10/10/25 to schedule an appointment for a technician to come to come out to my residence and repair the toilet. I was told that there would be a $39 charge because I was not under warranty. Okay!! Fine!! I didn’t agree with it but, fine. A frank gay representative was at my home on Saturday 10/11/25 to access problem. I was quoted a $430-$700 price tag to repair/ correct an installation that was installed by Frank Gay. I requested the number to a supervisor or management, didn’t get either. The technician called his supervisor and I was told that the original technician who installed the toilet will return to correct his mistakes. I was given a date of Monday 10/13. Time frame 14:00-16:00. I received a text message on Sunday confirming the appointment. Monday comes and the appointment service window has been changed to 14:00-18:00. The time slot came and went. I never received a phone call or message saying anything. At 18:02 I received a missed call and voicemail stating that my technician will not be able to make it…….. After I’ve missed work and waited 4hrs already……… I was given, not asked but given a new appointment time for a Tuesday 10/14 8:00-12:00. I received a message this morning at 8:55am stating that my technician was running behind. The day came and went, with no further communication from Frank Gay and my toilet is still broken. I’ve called and requested a supervisor or manager and I was given a " I’ll pass the message along and you’ll receive a call back". 0 out 10, I do not recommend. I’ve waisted my time and money on this company. I’ve experienced extremely poor customer service and installation. Update: my technician just arrived @15:45. I had 8am to noon service window. He stated that there as note attached to my service stated " do not arrive until after 14:00"………… WHY????? I didn’t request that and the voicemail I still have says 8am to noon……Great customer service!!!! Nonetheless, Alex has been extremely apologetic and he’s correcting and completing the job. Due to his professionalism I’ll bump my review from 0 to a 2 out of 10. I still missed two days of work. Customer service and communication from the telephone staff leaves little to be desired.

Jason Hidalgo was absolutely a dream for us today! We went from being worried about our new home purchase this morning due to plumbing issues and after our service we feel so relieved! We felt truly heard and the amount of time and care for us was exceptional! We joined the family plan and look forward to the Frank Gay family helping keep our home healthy!

David Alvarez (ops-14) arrived promptly when he said he would and got right to work. We had a leak in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets and he diligently worked to find it while also trying to minimize the damage to our walls. He did a great repair job and we would be glad to have him back for any other repairs.

This was the temperature of my A/C yesterday. I looked up in google for hvac repair near me and Frank Gay Services was the top option. I called and they scheduled an appointment for today at 8am. Dennis Soto was amazing, he checked everything and resolved the issue so quick. He was also very honest, really nice person and very knowledgeable, he explained every change he made, what was wrong with the system, how the system is supposed to run and recommendations to avoid having to spend more money in the future. I am extremely satisfied with this service, if I could 10/10 I would do 20/10, thank you Dennis !

Thank you for sending Lewis Rodriguez to my home. He was an amazing technician him and his helper did a great job. They were all day at my house. I have cold air coming out of my air conditioner now they did a fantastic job for me. Thank you, Frank Gay.
