Anthony M. was extremely informative and helpful. Not to mention, friendly & respectful, as well. He took his time making sure our system was clean and in working order. When going over some different options for us, he carefully explained everything in detail and made it easy to understand. If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Thanks again, Our Place! (Tyler, our last technician, did a fantastic job as well. He was attentive to repairing our HVAC system and cleaned off all the debris from our outside unit. Great job all around!)

Kevin and Anthony were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure my air conditioning was running perfectly before they left. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need — just honest, quality work. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The job was done quickly, neatly, and my home feels cool and comfortable again. We have used this company for annual maintenance for a few years now and they are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Recently they completely redid the outdated and worn out duct system in our home. Steven and his crew (Nas and JD) spent two days at our home replacing the ducts and did an excellent job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They took care of the property and made sure everything was clean and back to "normal" before leaving each day. They kept us informed the entire time and answered all of our questions to ensured we understood the process and were happy with the results. When we had a concern the following day, Steven answered the call right away and came out first thing in the morning to correct it. Thank you Steven, Nas and JD! Additional shout out to Rashad who helped us with the review of our duct system and process to get it replaced. And to Christina who is always so helpful when we call and takes the time to explain the process and paperwork.

Kevin and Anthony were the technicians who came to conduct maintenance on our HVAC system. First they communicated efficiently about their arrival time. They were very polite and friendly. After completing the work they explained clearly and with much detail the conditions of the system and the issues they found. They also provided options to correct the issues. Great experience

Absolutely a great service all around. Anthony was very informative and real about everything . Didn’t hold back or hide any bit of information from me . Kept it real ann simple . And super cool friendly guy. Was literally like I was talking to one of my friends about my AC unit . I hope to see him in the future for my next service 5 stars , 12 out of 10 rank for his service !
