I had a great experience with Dylan and Frank when they came to install my EV car charger. They arrived exactly on time, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was installed safely and up to code. They explained the setup clearly and answered all of my questions. The installation looks professional and the charger works perfectly. I highly recommend Dylan and Frank for any electrical work or EV charger installation!

Review for Casey Electrical Services I purchased the generator service accounts from Casey Electrical Services over a year ago. After taking over the accounts, I discovered that Josh had already collected service payments from several customers before transferring them to me — something that was never disclosed during the sale. When I confronted him about it, he initially said it was a mistake and agreed to reimburse me. However, despite multiple attempts to contact him, he has failed to pay or return my calls. At this point, I’ll have to pursue this matter in court. Sam and Dillon hung our two flat-screen televisions with a breeze. All wires are behind the wall and it looks great. They were so respectful to my husband and I. Senior citizens have to be careful these days. They gave a great price and helped get us up and running since we have limited knowledge of technology. Thank you Sam and Dillon and Casey Electric!! And a senior citizens discount to boot!

Dylan was amazing and so very skilled. Couldn't be happier. From the inital call all the way through the job.....meticulous work and exactly what I wanted. Dylan was our electrician and listened to what was needed and did exactly that. Very skilled and extremely helpful.

Their communication was top notch. Sam quickly provided me a quote and we were able to get the work scheduled. Their crew arrived exactly on time, they were extremely professional and efficient and they left everything spotless. The price was the price, same as their quote. I plan to use them for future work, I highly recommend!

We contacted CES for installation of an Eco Flow Smart Panel 2. This is a relatively new product that most electricians haven’t seen before. Sam and Dylan came to look at the product and were enthusiastic about installing it. Dylan came the day of the installation, I had some questions that he answered easily due to the fact he spent several hours on his own time familiarizing himself with the process. His preparation showed in the neatness of his work and the time to complete it. The work involved transferring a list of circuits that I provided from the main panel to the smart panel. Due to a large expansion tank I didn’t realize that my well pump was working until after Dylan left. Given the quality of Dylan’s work I believed the problem to be in the new panel or phone app that works with it. I contacted EcoFlow and they were unable to resolve the issue before their customer service closed for the night.Dylan offered to return that night and first thing the next morning. Believing the problem to be with EcoFlow I told him to hold off while I gave customer service another try. Again EcoFlow was unable to resolve the issue.Dylan offered and did come back to put the breaker for the well back in the main panel so we would have water while I tried to resolve the issue with EcoFlow. It was after putting the breaker back in the main panel that the problem was discovered to be me. In tracing and labeling the circuits to be moved I assumed that an unlabeled double pole breaker was for the well, when it turned out it was on a single pole breaker that I thought was unused. Dylan was on his own time throughout and this breaker switching and diagnosing. After my mistake was rectified the Eco Flow Smart Panel is working perfectly. I only wish EcoFlow’s customer service was half as good as Dylan’s and Casey Electrical Services.

Sam and Dylan were a great team! Both were pleasant, easy to talk to and provided great customer service. Sam was my main point of contact from day one; getting a quote to having the electrical job done. Sam listened to my specific want/needs and provided guidance based on his expertise. I was pleased with their communication, their cleanliness and overall work ethics. Would definitely recommend!!!
