I have multiple issues with my most recent experience. I will admit that I was not home when the maintenance occurred. I came home to an inoperative generator, a bill for $375 for the annual service and an estimate for $351 for a new battery. No explanation of the status of the generator, no call, no nothing other than a 4 page checklist which to the naked eye showed everything fine. I had to reach out for some sort of explanation. I would think that for the price paid, someone would have reach out to provide information about the overall status of the unit. The nice person answering the phone highlighted to me that the battery tested at zero. When I opened up the generator, I found the old battery installed in a compartment that has obviously not been cleaned. Needless to say, I replaced the battery myself with a better battery (575 cca) then had been previously installed for $175 and it took 10 minutes. In summary the communication from the technician was poor and the battery compartment was filthy.

We’ve used J.S. Electrical several times and are very pleased with their work quality, professionalism and general personal interactions. We had them install a standby generator which has worked beautifully for several years. They service it for us annually to keep it in good shape. I highly recommend them without hesitation. -Don

Justin and his crew were exemplary electricians. Their patience and dedication to completing a very large job by staying well past their ending time demonstrated a professional work ethic. Their punctuality, explanations and updates to me, as the work was being done, was appreciated. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house while I did errands for an hour or so because they were so trustworthy. An added benefit is they like dogs and made my dog feel at ease with people in the house. I would highly recommend Justin and company for projects big and small!

We usually have Justin come by and service our generator. He's fantastic. We were pleased to have an equally great experience with Adam who put in a new outlet for us and was very much open to answering my on the fly questions. Great job fellas.

He took the time to explain everything to us, step by step. I would highly recommend his services. We will be calling him soon for another project.

Justin and his team installed all the electrical work for our new free standing garage. Justin came to our house to review the project, provided a detailed and fair quote, and completed all work within a reasonable timeline. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend his services!

Great work every year for annual maintenance. When we had a warranty issue a few years ago they really stepped up to make sure Generac replaced the engine. Would have been thousands of dollars
