Dedicated Electrical Services spent a week of half days replacing knob and tube wiring that was in almost every room of my home. They were always prompt, let me know what they were doing, made upgrades to give me access to remote control of certain lights, and switched out two old porch light fixtures for new ones in the process. They did this while enabling me to continue working from my home. I was disconnected from WIFI for fewer than five minutes the entire week. They've also stayed in contact to resolve minor issues that popped up. I do not know how their price compared with others because they waived their inspection fee when I accepted their offer. It was expensive, but they gave me options for reducing some costs. I opted to do the job as throughly as possible for the benefit of selling the house some day in the future. Also, they thought they would have to create a few openings in the wallboard to access wiring, but found ways to do the work with only one small area that they had to cut, and that was to avoid ruining the fully tiled laundry room. It was a difficult job, but they did it well. Aaron came back to fine tune my side porch light. He also helped me set up the remote app on my phone and swapped out my front porch light switch for a remote one. All in all, I got a lot for my money! In addition to getting rid of the knob and tube wiring, I now have the ability to remotely control my most important lights. This has been a huge home improvement in terms of investment, aesthetics and safety.

I had the pleasure of working with Autumn and Adam. I’ve hired them twice now. The first time was for a large project that involved installing a meter and 2 200A panels plus wiring a whole new building. Adam and his crew finished this project with high quality and communicated effectively through the process. Both Autumn and Adam are effective listeners and take necessary action when given feedback! The second project was to fix and replace a few lightbulbs that were in very high ceilings and to install a large chandelier. The project looks great! I highly recommend them for any electrical projects. I will definitely continue to use them!

I had a great experience working with Autumn and Aaron with Dedicated Electrical Services (DES). My electricity went out of a portion of my house because prior to an AC contractor had taken some shortcuts when installing a unit prior to me moving into my house, adding another circuit on an already crowded breaker. I called DES and was able to schedule a diagnostic/estimate. Aaron let me know a couple options which included directly fixing the problem, or fixing it and then also separating the circuits to balance the load so-to-speak at the breaker box. I went with the latter option and not only did Aaron do a great job fixing it, but Autumn was efficient and communicative with the administrative work which included the permitting and inspection process with the county. All around it was a great experience and I will be sure to use them in the future. Finding quality in tradesmen these days seems to be a chore and I lucked out by finding them first!

Really great company to work with. We needed to hardwire an EV charger, update our breaker box, add a ceiling light, and put ceiling fans in. Kyle came out to review the scope of work we were asking for and create the quote. He walked through every part of the project with us and let us know what our options were and some issues they may run into based on access. Aaron and another young man came out and were friendly, efficient, and worked very clean. Autumn was great with scheduling all pieces of the work and responding to questions I had very quickly. We did find out that we needed PSE to also install a new meter so Autumn coordinated with them to schedule and make sure it could support the EV charger. I had major surgery the week after the work was done. So I didn’t notice until a couple weeks later that something wasn’t working right. I reached out and Autumn responded right away and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Great team.

Updated 9/16/25 I called Dedicated Electrical today because I was having difficulty installing new bathroom lighting fixtures. My call was immediately answered and I was told they could be at my house in about an hour and a half which was awesome. Dalton and his assistant arrived on time look at my lighting issues and gave me a very fair price to install three different bathroom vanity bathroom lights and ceiling lights. They cleaned up, vacuumed and took my old lights, debris and dumped them for me. These guys are phenomenal as usual. Dedicated Electrical is the only Electrical company I called as I have used them several times and they always do an excellent job with fair prices! Updated 11/6/23 I called Dedicated Electrical today to ask if they could reinstall a ceiling fan and they came out within a few hours of calling! Fast!!! Adam who has been with the company for over 5 years and has been to our home before responded and did a great job once again and gave me a very fair price for installing the ceiling fan. He is an awesome electrician and asset to the company. Everything was done great and he cleaned up after he was done. Very satisfied customer once again! I have hired Dedicated electrical to do 2 different projects at my house in the past few years.They do outstanding work at a very reasonable price. Their bid from my latest project was lower than other well known electrical companies in the area and they guarantee their work. The senior electrician Adam goes above and beyond and is a great asset to their company!
