Visiting family in Redmond, we had called to fix what we thought was a small electrical problem. James and his partner Daniel found a serious circuit breaker issue that had gone unnoticed for years and may have prevented a future tragedy! Our thanks to them!!

Husband called BelRed during the holidays for an exterior outlet issue to get our hot tub up and running, as well as fix another indoor outlet issue. (Hot tub had stopped working suddenly after recent outage, but family in town for holidays wanted to soak!) They sent Oscar who was awesome to work with and even came back the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly - Didn't want to leave us without a working garage door. Thank you, Oscar!! Yes, BelRed was pricey, but they were thorough and did a great job - even over New Year's Eve.

Bel-Red - Installed a heat system that failed after 3 weeks. We called to get it fixed. We called, a repairman came, and after arriving and seeing the failed system stated he was not licensed and said he could not do the repair. He left without repairing the job. That was on Saturday. I have been calling all day Monday, no success, and just now got a word from their answering service saying that they are on a retreat all week! And they can't be reached. Incredible!! I have a failed heat system, and it is 3 weeks old, full warranty on parts and repairs, and have no heat in the dead of winter, and they are all on a retreat?? Snow skiing or whatever they might be doing, or perhaps enjoying a retreat in Hawaii while we suffer in the cold?? I would never hire this company!! Be warned, they don't follow through on their guarantee to warrant their work. I would never recommend them, and hope you take this advice.

Chase and Marshall were great at repairing a lighting circuit in our house. They had to climb into the attic to get access to the circuit. They repaired the circuit and cleaned up the debris. Very courteous! I would definitely use them again.

Ian MacDonald came by to check out a loose connection and a failing connection. Both issues were investigated thoroughly and explained well, a device was replaced, and I know more about how to avoid similar issues in the future. Very professional, and I am happy with the service provided.
