Ubaldo is professional, kind, helpful, & responsive. I was renovating my home & he put in a whole house vacuum in. It is amazing, my house is cleaner than ever before because the dust from vacuuming doesn’t go into the house, plus it is easy/convenient to use. It is a super strong vacuum. I love it!

I highly recommend MP Vacuum! We needed to replace a broken central vacuum unit and upgrade some 50 year old inlets. Uvaldo was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a replacement unit. When he was installing the new inlets, he figured out a way to connect the old faulty wiring and different size piping to the new inlets. I’m glad we chose MP Vacuum and very satisfied with the upgrade.

The service was outstanding one of the engineers is really knowledgeable at what he does, he got my central vacuum running right away he remove grime and dust and he also polished my vacuum as well.

Great customer service!!!! I brought in my 5 year old Dyson Animal last month and was pleasantly surprised that I could replace ALL components in store. The owner recommend replacing components as opposed to buying new. I live in Pacific Grove and it was well worth the trip. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

My Dyson V8 stopped working, so I took it in and got it fixed. When I visited the store I learned a lot about vacuums & I also found out they have a rental carpet cleaning machine. I rented it out and bought some liquid for it. I was able to clean all of the carpet, sofa and bed at home & it was easy to use. This will be my yearly go-to for spring cleaning! Thanks to all of the friendly staff that assisted me.

Excellent and fast service. Prices are reasonable and lower then anywhere else I have seen. The owner Ubaldo was very friendly and caring when it came down to customer service. I called a few places to see if anyone could fix my extractor and MP vaccum was the only one that did and he did a excellent job! This will be my new vaccum store from now on.
