It was a challenge to get our new ceiling fan working properly, and we appreciate the time they took to solve the problem. Bill checks in to make sure the job went smoothly and to let him know he's always available for a consult. His crews are polite, and you can tell they want to do the best job possible. Also, we had just had our bedroom carpet cleaned, and the crew wore shoe covers. They definitely deserve the name "Quality Electric."

Bill is a great electrician and all the people that work for him are all excellent and have the same work ethic. Bill has personally done lots of work for us and for my son and his family. After our initial conversations, your follow-up via text, email, and phone were greatly appreciated. I was very confident that every time I would reachout to you, you would respond immediately. This is super important. Second, as for the actual service, you quoted it timely. You provided clear timelines and expectations of when the work would be completed. We scheduled the service date, and you were there on time at the time you told us you would be there. The invoice also matched your quote. For all this, thank you! In summary, Bill, you and your team did a great job! I, too, am in sales and customer service, so picking up the phone is my style to resolve matters in minutes.
