Tareyon did a wonderful job with our plumbing issue. He responded quickly on a Saturday afternoon, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us and to put everything right before he left. Will absolutely use Thompson and Thompson again in a time of need. No one else even returned our call for help despite advertising 24/7 response.

This was out first time dealing with Thompson & Thompson and they did not disappoint. They we're very responsive and we're all about customer satisfaction. Our HVAC technician, Tyler Hicks, did a phenomenal job. He was willing to break down and explain every detail that was going on with the solution to fixing our issue. Would highly recommend using Thompson & Thompson for all of your HVAC needs.

I called Thompson and Thompson because I had an electrical issue and they responded pleasantly and promptly. The electrician, Andrew Murphree, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently explained things and I believe he was very thorough. High marks!!

I liked Chris! He allowed me to point out my concerns. After evaluating the issue(s) he was very thorough explaining what he observed, and how to solve the issue. I proceeded to have the present issue resolved. I was informed I would need a Humidifier to help the humidity in the attic where the unit is located. Took two visits to change a wax ring! First visit, the rep began by trying to sell me a new toilet. I told him there’s nothing wrong with the toilet we have it just needs a new wax ring. He replaces the wax ring and I think we’re good. Same day, toilet leaks and rocks. Call T&T as it’s got a warranty and they send another rep a day or so later. This guy seems to know what he’s doing and says it sounds like the flange the toilet bolts to is broken. Sure enough, he pulls the toilet and finds the pvc flange is cracked along with some loose bolts holding the tank to the commode. Says it’s probably going to cost an additional $300 +/- to fix the flange but he’ll call his boss. (Thankfully, the boss says we won’t be charged to repair the flange.) Repairs are finished and, thus far, everything is fine! Even caulked around the base of the toilet which the guy says just became code! Anyway, a mixed bag. First guy must have been having a bad day. Second guy was very pleasant.

Craig was my tech today. This young man was very professional, and helpful to me. It is evident that he represents your business/ company with the highest standards. He was such a pleasant and kind person. I rate his and his work ethic very high. 100 .
