I rarely leave reviews, but felt I needed to. I have used Bonn 3X now and most recently on my primary property. Charlie and the team have been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! They answered all of my calls, questions and the work completed all three times was exactly as I wanted and was quoted, with no surprises. The pricing/value was a deciding factor for me and quite honestly they were half the cost of two other quotes. I did have to wait a bit for the last project, but it wasn't an emergency. Previous projects were a bit more short time lines and they were there for me! In short, it was worth any wait I experienced. I strongly recommend this company and will use them for any other electrical needs.

My plug was loose so it was sparking. They told me I needed a new plug over the phone. Then they stiffed me the morning they were supposed to come. I tightened the plug and didn’t have any more problems. Won’t use again…. They are always trying to get more out of you. I saw this the first time I used them… they come for one thing then look for more things. Beware and plan to be stiffed. Good thing my plug didn’t start a fire. A lot of good they would have been!

I can't say enough great things about Bonn Electric. Charlie is AMAZING. He has helped me out a number of times. He is skilled, professional, trustworthy and fairly priced. He won't try to sell you anything you don't need, and he stands by his work.

Charlie was very responsive and his electrician David was very professional. They originally thought, from the pictures I sent them, they would need to run a new line for what I was requesting - when David arrived he determined he wouldn't need to run a new line. I was really worried about getting ripped off, so their honesty was refreshing, to say the least! Charlie gave me an estimated price range and it ended up costing the lower end of the range. They are pretty busy, so you should call ahead of time if at all possible - but they also have an emergency number listed on their answering machine. I'll call them next time I need any electrical work done.

I've used Bonn Electric for more than 10 years and have found them to be responsive, professional, and thorough. The most important thing is they are honest. I won't even consider using any other electrician.

Had some minor issue with somesof my lights. After the first electrician I called was busy, the second didn't return my call. I gave them a ring at 2:30, they came at 3:30 the same day. Issue was solved quickly, and he described the issue so I could fix future possible problems.

Reliable and affordable. Very friendly technician help with our issue and saved us some money in the process. nice to see honest people still exist in the service business. Highly recommended.
