Josh B got to my house super quickly. We went though our options and he came up with a great solution. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Will defintely be using Roy's in the future!

I wanted to say WOW Roy’s for the excellent work extremely professional staff and a job well done. I had to have my trap relocated outside and sewer repaired and this company came out and did this all in one day. The people at my home awesome if I could give this company 10 stars I would. I went back and forth with other "big name" companies in the area and had horrible experience and service. No one was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and the repairs they offered at an extremely expensive price and then trying to get someone to get back in touch with me was a nightmare. Not only was Roy’s cheaper but they did more than the other companies were saying their repairs would be. Go with Roy’s I am telling never felt better forking over 6k lol. Thanks guys you have gained a forever customer..

From start to finish, you really should Just Call Roy's! I needed a new water heater to replace my outdated almost leaking water heater, and was looking at a water powered back-up sump pump. Jim M. came over and quoted me for the work, and explained everything in detail before the work began. He explained why Roy's installs the brands which they do, and the benefits that it has for the homeowner. His detailed explanation put my mind at ease, and I knew Roy's would be the ones to do the work. On the day of installation, Jack and Jeremiah were on time, outlined what was going to be done, and got right to work. They were quick and efficient, and I didn't even notice the water was off while they were working (they were that efficient!). The work areas were cleaned after, and I couldn't be happier with how quick and efficient my new Bradford White water heater is (I guess there is something to be said about American Manufacturing!). I hope never to have to use the water back-up sump pump, but I will certainly sleep easier knowing that it is silently protecting my family should my sump pump fail, or the power go out. I look forward to them performing my HVAC tune up!

I had sewer issues over the weekend and Roy’s was able to get over very quickly. Josh B was my service technician and was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond helping me and talked through several solutions to correct the issue. All pricing was competitive and Josh was able to assist me on the next steps. They are very easy to deal with and I would highly recommend Josh and Roy’s.

Roy’s Plumbing went over Joshua Butry to fix my leaky basement utility sink and he was outstanding. Not only was he professional and polite, but he really knows his work and gave me a quick tutorial on how this type of thing happens. He was efficient, had great energy about his craft, and made me feel super confident in his skills - especially given my house’s plumbing is a bit on the older side (lol). I’d recommend Roy’s and Josh by name anytime, no questions asked.

These guys are fantastic. Their salesmen as well as their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, timely and friendly. We have had them out for a few issues and every single time they let us know all of our options, thoroughly answer our questions, explain next steps and do excellent work! Our old "handyman" used to have to repeatedly come to "fix" the same problems over and over. Not so with Roy's. Their work is done carefully and correctly. I can't speak to every service they provide but the things that we have had them do for us have come with a very good guarantee on the work. They replaced our AC unit and our furnace most recently. The salesman who came first to do an estimate, named Gabriel, was an absolute gem. He was a lovely young man who was so helpful and didn't employ any of those skeevy sales tactics that we all have run into. He was just a straight forward guy who was here to help. The most recent techs who did our AC and furnace, Isaiah and (I didn't catch the second fellow's name and wish that I had) were equally friendly and helpful. In the past the people that they sent over were also equally great! I know that in the future with any issues we may run into, we will be calling Roy's. I imagine that they have a very high customer retention rate and I fully understand why. I don't ever want anyone else working on my home again!

They showed up on time and were professional and pleasant. They installed the unit and showed us how to use it. My family was very pleased with the work Jon T and Nate did. Roy’s will be my go to company for future needs. Thank you Roy’s!
