I had Frontline install the plug needed to install an electric vehicle which needed a new switch in the breaker box and to run a line outside. I called two other electricians and after dealing with pictures and videos with the other two, was very happy that Frontline sent Gary out to do a real assessment. The process was quick and I was emailed an estimate that evening which was lower than the other two providers. After signing the docs, I was scheduled for install not long after. Ricci and his assistant came in with super friendly attitudes and were amazing. We walked through what we wanted to accomplish before anything was done so I felt good about the solution. And the work is phenomenal. Super happy about the solution and they cleaned everything up to make it look like they weren’t ever there. Frontline will be my go to electricians and a company I will easily recommend to friends.

We recently had PG&E shut off our power because of storm damage to our weather head (the part of the house that connects with the wires from the pole.) In desperation we looked for an electrician with a great reputation. Our interaction with Frontline Electrical Services turned out to be an exceptional experience from start to finish. To begin with, when we reached out to Frontline Electrical Services for a quote, Lee's response time was impressively swift. Within no time, he had a team of master electricians scheduled to visit our home the very next day. This promptness was a refreshing change of pace and showed a high level of professionalism. The electricians, Ricci and Austin, were very professional and identified the issue very quickly; and fixed it. So glad we had them come because a few days later the inspector opened up the light switch they fixed which was causing problems (installed by a handyman.) Only complaint I have is needing to sign a 14 page contract for such a small job. I would recommend Frontline Electrical to friends.

I called on a Sunday Got a return phone call from Lee and several text messages back and forth including pictures of the issue! He told me they would contact me at 6 am Monday regarding an appointment They did! Technician arrived EARLY , fixed problem, and it was CHEAPER than I had originally expected. All billing and quote done over the phone since I was out of town and had a housesitter at my home. Never have I had such professional, timely, caring service!

I called for an emergency today. They called me back to schedule within 30 minutes. The electrician Ricci showed up within a couple hours, within his scheduled window, and solved our problem. Ricci was professional, a nice guy, and answered all our questions. It wasn’t cheap, but I feel safe again and it’s great to know someone can come help so quickly. The scheduling was very professional and smooth— easy to call and talk to a person.

Terrific and great professionals at Frontline. Tienzen and Austin not only explained everything to me but did a great job. They had to deal with a 72 year old house with what one could say has some interesting wiring. I would hire them again for any electrical work.

Frankie from Frontline Electrical did a great job with all the electrical issues I needed help with. He was cordial, informative, open to questions and finished the work promptly and cleaned up after finishing the job. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent services.
