Great company, on time appointments, texts a reminder the day before appt. Texts a pic of the tech coming to your house letting you know the estimated time they will be there. Super friendly, very clean and prompt and walked me thru everything before and after. Highly recommend Austin and his company! Thanks again!!

Our electrician James went above and beyond to help us find a short that was throwing our breaker. He was patient and careful, even finding other issues he was kind enough to fix. We cannot say enough wonderful things about James-he explained everything he was doing, apologized it was a long process and stayed way past quitting time to get everything sorted. Had a good experience with this company. The electricians James and Tommy updated our laundry room lights from pull switches to an on and off switch. Also updated stove connection from 3 to 4 prong. Rewired microwave and dishwasher to dedicated lines for each, with new gfci outlet for dishwasher. Gfci in fuse box for disposal. Updated electric panel with whole house surge protector. I'm very pleased with the results.

I needed my dining room chandelier put up by a professional Electrician and so I looked online and I found Universal Power and Electric. Everything was absolutely perfect from the initial contact to the call back to setting the service date to the confirmation text the day before the appointment to the electrician they sent to my home. The electrician was a professional on every level imaginable… extremely knowledgeable and very efficient! He hung up my chandelier so quickly… no problems at all! They showed up on time and got right to work troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. Thankfully, it turned out to be a simple fix — just a plug that needed to be replaced.
