From the gentlemen that came to assess the damage in my living room from a water leak to the crew that came and did the demolition and clean up they were all very professional and respectful of my home. I would highly recommend them for any water damage cleanup. In a nice way I hope I never need them again but if I do I can rest assured they are quick, reliable, educated and professional. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Oscar and his team were very empathetic and helpful during my time of need. I had a bad pipe leak and they were immediately on top of it. Being this wasn’t my first leak in the house I’ve had some experience with other companies. I fully believe they have been the best choice for a restoration company. The set up for the drying process was top tier. Thank you !

We had some serious water damage happen because of a supply line failure back in October 2024. This team worked super hard to help us get our lives back together. They worked with our schedule to pack out and got done quickly. We had a small incident with some dings in the wall and a lost key, but it was really minimal. Overall a positive experience. We are currently working on putting back all of our belongings after they dropped everything back off in just one day. Coming back to edit after a few days of unpacking..while the majority of everything has been good, Some of our more fragile items have been damaged including my great grandmothers dishes. A little disappointing but I understand that happens when people are in a rush. So just a gentle reminder for everyone in the future, please make aware to those working with you of things that are of sentimental value that should be treated with the upmost care.

Elevate Restore responded when I had a flood they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were empathetic and understanding and extremely efficient and cleaned as they work. Would recommend to anyone needing immediate cleanup.

Had water intrusion into my condo ceiling from an overflow in the unit above mine. Sam was dispatched to asses the damage and the potential for mold. He arrived on time and utilized specialized handheld FLIR camera and moisture meter in the affected areas. He was able to determine the area had dried well and there was no evidence of standing water or moisture intrusion into the drywall. There was no need to open up the walls & ceiling any further which was a relief to hear. When I asked how for the bill, he said it was no charge! Wow. Thank you Sam. Thank you Elevate Restore.
