Mike did an excellent job. He came in after a different company did a terrible job and helped to remediate everything. He came daily and followed the water line removing the damage till he found dry. He also was very kind and helped keep our baby kitten from going into the crawl space and keeping him away from the big cat who didn’t like the kitten. He is extremely responsive to my 1 Million questions. Couldn’t have gotten a better remediation person for the job.

I was fortunate enough to have Pete F. , Cooper A. , Bryan R. , and Silas M. in a week long class and they were amazing. Great interaction, really smart and super interesting questions.

Silas and Micheal were wonderful and got the job done quickly and professionally. The pricing was slightly bellow a couple other bids we had and they really were able to explain the entire process. I am very pleased with the work they were able to do.

It was discovered we had some mold in the crawlspace of our home. We were referred to Elite Restoration by a contractor with a different area of expertise. Mike, from Elite, evaluated the crawlspace and did find areas that required remediation. Thankfully, he never saw "black mold", so the remediation did not have to be as advanced. We were grateful that Mike maintains a posture of being honest, rather than make a quick buck. Fortunately, Mike and his partner Silas were able to perform the needed remediation immediately after some drainage work in our crawlspace was completed by other contractors, so any "mess" that would have been created could simply be folded into the other work that had just been completed. Mike and Silas utilized appropriate equipment to ensure no damage was done to the surrounding areas, kept us apprised of what they found and how they were going to address it, and provided us myriad pictures and video of all the spots they treated to stop the further growth of mold. Very happy with their service!

Mike S and Sylis came out and took care of demo for my kitchen and basement water damage. They showed up within a few hours of phone call and started getting things dried out, came back each day to check on it, were on time and communication was good. They were both very nice and efficient, I will post another review when the reconstruction gets done. ******Update***** Reconstruction has been completed. Devons work was great, and he cleaned everything up so nice at the end of the job. He was also awesome at scheduling in other subs and was always here to get them started. His communication was great and made it an easy process. It was a pleasure having him in our home.

Lincon Peterson did an amazing job hanging drywall and completing all the steps to our satisfaction! He had a positive attitude and good pace throughout the day! Excellent job!

My wife and I cannot recommend Devon highly enough. He responded to rapidly to our call, and completed our project of sheetrock replacement/texturing/painting within the same week. His work was of exceptional quality and we very much appreciated his efficiency, and his thoroughly professional, friendly attitude.
